Fui con mi familia que vinieron de vacaciones, la comida excelente, la mesera fue una grosera adicional no estaba pendiente al servicio que tenia que brindar en la mesa. Teniamos que estar pidiendo el servicio del "refill"del refresco. Le pedimos que trajera el recibo para pagar e irnos se le entrego la tarjeta, ella efectuo el cobro y puso sobre la mesa dos recibos sin ninguna explicacion. Mi papa fue quien pago, procedio a guardarlo todo, ya habiendo salido del local la mesera salio gritando HEY NO ME DEVOLVIERON EL RECIBO. Mi papa que es una persona de 72 aí±os se viro confundido le dijo no sabia y la mesera poco profesional le dijo POR ESO TE DI DOS RECIBOS, entro de nuevo al local y mi papa la siguio y ella le dijo MIRA SI NI LO HAS FIRMADO, y mi papa con mucho respeto en voz baja le dice, bueno si no me explicas no se, y ella se quedo callada, gracias a Dios, aunque despues de todo no me hubiese extraí±ado que le respondiera de regreso. Es la tercera vez que voy con mi familia a cenar en sus facilidades y no he tenido queja alguna, no se que sucedio ayer, escribo esta situacion porque en definitivo un lugar tan bueno como el de ustedes no debe ser opacado por empleados con tanta falta de etica profesional.
We were taken on time. Our server was very nice greeted us right away. Took a bit to get refills but I will leave that to maybe restaurant being busy. My only issue was the food took a little over 45 min to come out from time we ordered. Got there at 6:30 and it was just passed 7:30 before we got our food. Food was good quality. Some things may be a bit pricey for a typical Puerto Rican dish. Overall I would go back here to eat.
The food is cold. The skirt Meat was médium rear and I said befote weldom. The sangría horrible like a fruit juice.
Excelente food service ,drinks and ambiance Make a reservation for the evening always.
1st time eating PR food and now I can say that Mexican food has a good competitor, El Cilantrillo's food was DELICIOUS!!!! We are from Dallas TX, and I wish we can have one of your restaurants over here!!!

Was good!! The cast members they sang the birthday song. They were so kind. Mu family were happy with everything.
The service as well as the quality of the food was great. The only issue was that there were several items that were not available. We were allowed to choose where to sit which was very nice. Overall , as always everything was very good
Great food but I wouldn’t come back here. Service is terrible in the kitchen. Expect to be sitting for well over 2 hrs waiting for food. Ridiculous. I call for the manager and the manager turns me over to the head chef who then blames the wait staff. So we have employees and managers pointing fingers at each other. Unprofessional and immature. Never again.
