The food is delicious and the sheer amount of toppings they'll give you is in such excess that I have zero complaints (at least for me, for whom this is a great thing). Fast(ish) service in what is usually a very busy on-campus location and the staff do their best whenever possible, although I know it's very easy to get overwhelmed. My only issue is with their opening and closing hours; it often feels like I have to rush to get here in time to eat, and they keep changing their hours between semesters. I now am completely unable to go at all this semester because their hours were changed from 9 AM to 3 PM, and I used to love them for right before evening classes or evening meetings. I wish they'd go back to their regular hours--they had this habit of changing hours over spring and summer semesters too even before COVID.

I eat here several times a month. Best bagels and bagel sandwiches in the area. If you are a senior, ask for the senior discount.
The staff is excellent always catering to your pleasure. It would be great if they offered gluten free items as thier prices are far less expensive then others in the vicinity. Coffee is always ready and so is the honey. Skip the lines and the other coffee places and see for yourself.

Online it says it opens at 7, woman there was very rude when I asked “are you open?†Just sharply saying 7:30. I apologized and said “oh sorry online it says 7†and began to walk away and she followed me down the counter repeating “7:30, it says 7:30. Look look.†And started tapping on a sign that was over by the soda machines. I kept walking and “said okâ€. And she stated talking to the custodians at the counter in another language and shooting me a side eye till I walked out the door. I’ve worked at plenty of food places and I get it’s early, but come on be a little nicer.
