I had a nice, relaxing, and positive experience here at this Einstein Bros. location. The staff was kind with assisting me with my order. There was seating available to enjoy my bagel sandwhich in the calm of the morning. Everything was prepared and handed off nicely, and the other customers seemed to be in tune with the flow of this locations energy. There are many great options to choose from for bagel preferences. You can have your bagel served simple or complex, toasted or buttered, etc.The beverage and coffee items were of good quality as well.Well worth the visit, and located in a beautiful area (Dr. Phillips)

Tried to order a half dozen bagels toasted and was told they could not toast them when ordered as a half dozen. So, I had to order them as 6 individual bagels so they would be toasted. Mind you, this happened when there was no one in line and after the rush. This is the last time I have wasted my time to go to an Einstein Bros. Bagel. It took them all but 20 seconds to toast them. This makes no sense to me.I believe this may be a new policy to make things move along faster when there is a line. That alone would be enough to upset me. But, getting to the counter when there is No ONE else in the store to order and be told I have to order six bagels indivudually? Employees need to be able to think a bit and realize when it is appropriate to toast the bagels or not.

Fresh delicious food as usual just disappointed no yogurt and fruit cups

I ordered a couple of chorizo sunrise assuming vegetarian by looking at the ingredients, cheddar cheese, jalapeno, avocado, and egg. Then, when we figured out that it is not veggie as chorizo is the name of sausage. The first employee was rude when I explained the situation, but later the manager was polite to offer veggie option. We have already waited 15 minutes for sandwiches, and did not want to wait more. They should fix their menu and ingredients as not everyone speaks Spanish, and can end up eating meat without knowing it!

We travel all over the place you know all the time you can get a good bagel at Einstein’s. Service was good the restaurant was clean always great hot coffee

We were disappointed with the everything bagels we ordered. They were quite small and lacking in taste. We also enjoy the low carb bagels we can buy at home, and Einstein's doesn't have them.

Husband very excited to get his bagel fix in. Pretty tidy considering the amount of people. Service was quick but food preparation took a while even with a fully employed kitchen. However knowing we can order ahead will likely handle that in the future. Restrooms we're tidy but not perfect, also again it's the morning rush. The staff was so extremely friendly though!

The bagels maybe good but I haven't had great experience with app purchases. Every single time, they messed up my orders. It costs $3.38 for everything bagel with plain cream cheese, but they forgot the cream cheese. I had to wait in line to get the order right. Happened again and again. Usually I do not make a big deal about this since people make mistakes.Today, I asked for a free coffee that comes with an app order, however, since I did not select the free coffee from the menu when I placed order in the app, they couldn't give me a cup of coffee either. Overall I am not happy with their services so far. I am done with Einstein Bagels.

When I woke up my wife had just come back from Einstein Bagels. She got the egg and cheese bagel with jalapenos. We bought three of them for the family. They were actually really good. I was surprised.

Te his place has gone down hill over the last couple of years. I actually stopped coming here and then covid happened so even more so but I keep giving it a try only to be disappointed. The wait for a bagel is over 45 minutes and the service is horrible. I know there isn’t much of competition out here but in hoping there will be soon because i won’t be returning to Einstein’s.
