This is simply the most disgusting Einstein bagels I have been to.Every glass surface including the windows, bagel display cases and drink cases were covered in handprints and oils. Clearly had not been cleaned in a long time and very noticeable. There were lots of empty tables to sit at, but every single one had not been cleaned and was covered in peoples crumbs and cream cheese. Very gross. Trash can area was overflowing and crumbs all over the counter tops. Floors were absolutely filthy.It felt really gross to be in this place and the food showed it too. We were charged EXTRA for the lettuce on the bagel and it was tired, limp, flaccid, and had brown spots on it. Very soggy and not fresh. I felt like I needed to shower after being in there.We had somebody cut us in line too, very obviously, and the staff let it happen.Employees are all stuck in covid times and still wearing masks. Can’t hear what anyone is saying and everything is frustratingly muffled. I would be embarrassed to be the manager of this establishment.
had pre ordered ahead on the app for curbside pickup. i arrived and marked that i was there on the app, the app informed me someone was on the way with my food. after waiting approximately 10 minutes i finally went in to see my food was simply sitting on the counter and no one was planning on bringing it out to me. i was also informed they has mistakenly given someone my drink and had to remake it. love einstein bros, not happy with this service at all.
My experiences here have been horrible. Customer service is okay. Not once or twice but a few times I’ve came on different occasions and left upset. I am highly allergic to avocado, I ask for my regular order and every single time I receive my food there has been avocado spread all over the order. This is ridiculous and an inconvenience if I’m ordering drive thru, leaving and having to turn around. As I’m eating I noticed a dead bug on my tomatoes. This place is ridiculous and I’m beyond over it. Next!
Very slow service. Almost an hour for ordering and getting 2 coffees and a bagle.insane. hire more people or close either drive thru or the restaurant inside.
Amazing. Salmon was fresh. Not a fan of their coffee but they had a choice of almond milk so im happy. Clean bathrooms and nice environment
Excellent customer service...even though they were a half hour from closing. Go early on a Sunday as their bagels go quickly!
I ordered a cheese pizza bagel I received what I assumed was a cheese pizza bagel I ate a few bites Then I realized there was pepperoni located under the cheese I contacted the store manager I didn’t receive much assistance there I also contacted corporate I had to send them an email since their phone system is all automated this is appalling when you Do not consume a certain product and it is placed in your meal and hidden to where you only find out after you have taken a few bites
The service here is great! Lines are never long and the location is great!
We love Einstein Bros. Bagels but we’re disappointed this time at this location.The wait time at the drive-thru was a lot longer than usual and then when we finally got our order we realized that it had no bacon in it which was one of the main reasons we ordered this bagel. There was also barely any avocado spread on it. It was pretty good but not what we expected unfortunately. We will give it a go next time we’re in town and hopefully have a better experience
