I have a habit of reading the reviews for fun on different places and I’m so sorry about some of these reviews! I work at a Jeremiah’s Italian ice so a lot of the “complaints” from some reviews are things I hear A LOT. Anytime I have gone to this location I have enjoyed my food and the staff was great. Working as a server is hard, trust me I know! You have people talking down to you and getting on you about things you don’t have the power to control, it can get frustrating. I appreciate your hard work and I look forward to eating there again!
Definitely the dirtiest Eisenstein bagels I’ve ever been and the staff is completely unaware of their surroundings. They are so LOUD! My mom is disabled and while we were there in a practically empty restaurant, they were yell talking about everything under the sun to where we could barely speak to each other. Some kids from the local school came in and after they left we could loudly here what the manager/employees thought about the kids and what they were wearing. The food is sub par to anything I’ve had in the past. It looked like a sandwich from 7-11. We specifically ordered the only thing with spinach on it to only find none was ever put on the sandwich. The bathroom toilet is badly broken and can’t flush , the seat comes off and extremely dirty. Yuck. Not coming back.
I have been here twice in the past month, they are on point, rapid, and DELICIOUS!! Love them. Definitely knew what they were doing with the name z GENIUSES!
The best fresh made bagels and breakfast sandwiches around! Came from out of state and had never had them. They’re so good! Service could be better but overall, good fresh meal.
Good consistent food, good service, nice that they had 5 people working....it would have been much less quick with orders piling up if there were only be 2 or 3, which I've seen at comparable places.
The worst Einstein bagel we’ve ever been to. How does it take 17 minutes to make 3 bagels? There was 1 person in line in front of us. At least it tasted good, but will go to other Einsteins from now on if I can.
Customer service sucks! The girl really need to check her tone at the door before she walks in! I don't understand if you are going to talk to people like they are stupid you are in the wrong place! Food was and always is good! But the first person you talk to sets your foundation for your visit!
The cashier/manager was awesome!! The coffee was above and beyond delicious, so much better than Dunkin Dounuts. Should have gone to Einstein’s first. Will do that from now on. Thank you!
I come here every week. Sometimes more. Matt and his crew here are the very best - friendly, efficient. I love this location
