I've always had a wonderful experience with the Colonial location even during their busiest hours. When I order online, they don't have the bagel I normally get. An associate mentioned to order any gourmet bagel, then call the store to tell them exactly which one I want. They have always been so accommodating with this and appreciate that.
This is officially my new Einstein Bagels location!!! Jeremiah took care of me today, and I must say customer service has officially returned thanks to him! He was very professional and friendly, and had my order ready quickly but efficiently and exactly like I ordered it. The bagels here are like the original bagels of the 90’s. Thanks Jeremiah for making me realize that customer service still exists at Einstein Bagels, and it is at your location.
I ordered from Doorstep the other day, but they won’t allow me to rate or review an order (so, not sure how they get their ratings). But, I got a simple everything bagel with cream cheese—Einstein’s signature item, right? The cream cheese was so thin it was like milk soaked into the bread. If I were to try this myself, I would have to take my knife and scrape back over the bagel at a parallel, making sure that there were absolutely no peaks of cream cheese showing. Like, if I was trying to annoy someone who came over for breakfast as much as possible. Then, because it was DoorDash, I couldn’t even complain or ask for a little bit more cream cheese please. Absolutely ridiculous. I mean, how can a bagel shop screw up a bagel with cream cheese so bad that you’re angry days later and make a point to seek them out and write a review?
Man i love this place. Wish there were more of them around. Unfortunately another customer attempted to make off with my breakfast bafel sandwich. The employees were very helpful as i had not been there in quite some time. Their recommendation was absolutely hands down spot on. Its a little expensive for breakfast but worth it.
Food was nice, staff was friendly. But the entire workforce was required to wear masks. And not letting customers pour their own tea, which lead to delays backing up the line. Employees had to wear their face coverings while taking food outside to cars receiving pickup orders. Is it the owner or manager requiring their nonsense? Truly pathetic. Hard to enjoy the bagel when there’s a 2-tier society inside the establishment. What are you trying to accomplish? Beyond ridiculous in March 2022.
I am a bagel fanatic, and there are few things in life that I love more than a Green Chile Bagel with Jalapeño Salsa Shmear. It's been my favourite single food item for the last 2 decades (give or take a few years). Anytime I'm anywhere close to an Einstein's, I always pop in for a few, and a couple more for the road! Also they have Pibb, so what's not to like?
Great customer service and the food arrives quickly. The employees are very friendly. Hansel is wonderful and so is the rest of the team. I come here very often and I never have any problems.3 years later - UPDATE!I still come here regularly and the team is still amazing. I feel like they go out of their way to keep customers happy. They know me by name, they know my order, and they are always prompt. This is my favorite place to get breakfast.
Very disappointed I could’ve went across the street to a fast food restaurant and gotten the same quality. Eggs are not made to order and they use those same instant eggs most major food chains use. This is not ur typical bagel store at all. I’mFrom ny I wasn’t expecting ny bagels but atleast cook eggs to order on a griddle or something . Don’t waste ur money nothing special gas stations make comparable tasting sandwiches
It was my first time finally getting a nice bagel from Einstein Bros and the staff was so quick and friendly and the food and cold brew were delicious!!! I cant wait to come back!
Staff at the Einstein bagels is always friendly and prompt. When the place runs out of coffee or they don't have a certain product they always make it up
