Callum service was amazing. He was very attentive and polite. The food was incredible as well. Wednesday they have a steak special and itâs a very good price. We celebrated a birthday and Callum brought a cake with candle on the house. Overall experience: outstanding
Great food like always but I guess the ac was not working properly. It was hot in there yesterday compared to previous visits. Bathroom were dirty this time around. Food is always overpriced but we know that already going in. People working there are always gear with their service.

I hadnât been to Earls in a few months and I used to live the brunch here. However it seems the quality of the food has gone down.
Our server was very sweet but the quality of the food was horrendous!!! My friend was visiting from London and had especially requested we go to earls because he had loved it so much when he was here last (just before the pandemic). We wanted to do a sampling of the menu so we ordered quite a bit. The quality of the food was shockingly terrible. The sushi was falling apart, the bowl the truffle fries were served in was covered in grease, the tacos were completely stale, the burger was over cooked and topped with bacon even though it doesnât come with bacon. Prior to ordering, We had specifically asked if there was bacon on the burger as we are both kosher. The server assured us the burger doesnât even come with bacon yet when it arrived it absolutely had bacon on it. I asked if he could please have the kitchen remake it for us and when he took it back, the chef only partially removed the bacon from the existing burger and sent it back! It arrived at our table for the second time with a slice of bacon still in it! We asked the server what was going on and he apologized profusely and told us that the chef refused to make a new burger and insisted that he take this burger back to us and âsee what happensâ! I have never ever heard of such disregard for anyones religious beliefs by anyone in the service industry, EVER. We felt terrible for the server because obviously it had put him in an awkward position. A manager did come over at the end of our meal and apologized for the mistake. Obviously it was neither of their fault but the entire evening was an absolute mess. Earls used to be a great restaurant with slow service but good food. Now the service has gotten better the quality of food is shockingly horrible! Definitely wouldnât recommend to anyone or visit again ð
The food and service was great. To me the restaurant was a bit confusing. One one hand it was trying to be 4-5 star, but the ambiance was 2-3. We were seated on essentially on a wood bench and given paper napkins.if I were to go back maybe further back in the restaurant had better seating.
Service was great but food was a bit salty. Should definitely lighten up on the salt in the ravioli sauce. Everything else we ate was delish.
Earls is a great spot for both lunch and dinner, the servers are very attentive and are always on point. The food is also very good and i would recommend this spot to others.
Tristan is an amazing server anyone that gets him as their server you are lucky !
Earls Kitchen + Bar at Mall At Millenia in Orlando is a great place to go for delicious and flavorful food in a cool and relaxed atmosphere. I really like the way everything is prepared and the level of customer service that they offer here. Well worth a visit.
