Understaffed and extremely slow. Failed miserably all four times I visited. No sense of urgency in the drive through or inside. Customer service doesn’t exist. Out of products. Won’t be back. Telling my friends to avoid this location.
Place an order in the drive thru. It was wrong had to come bring in. They got it wrong but gave ma an attitude so I ask for my money back. Not only did they make me waaaait for it the employee who got wrong want to be mad wit attitude. I am a good paying customer and don't deserve that treatment. As customer we have to stand together and stop going to the stores that mistreat their customers it the only way for them to do better
been coming here for the last two years and over the last year it went from good to a hit or miss. Use to be very quick and great, now constantly waiting for a simple iced coffee and late to work whether I get there at a good time or behind schedule.People inside look stressed, which I get when your short staff but its very consistent and the wait times are horrible, inconsistent coffee quality (which i always order the same) and even one day I listened from the intercom to the pick-up window a full argument with employees and even with the manager. All the inconvenience, never any sorrys or freebie items.Do have to say, Nina is always pleasant no matter the day. That is always consistent. I always hope she's taking my order.
I was at this location this weekend . I had a pain in the neck order so I went inside . The four stars are for the crew and the less one star is for the manager and this message is directly for you . I went in and witnessed your crew stressed out and it had everything to do with you . You are in a leadership position and yelling and treating them the way I witnessed is uncalled for . These are someone kids and someone’s loved ones and your job is to lead them to get the best production out of them and they be one who needs training is you. I had to motivate your crew because I couldn’t stand by and see that . It’s not that serious . Coffee is not that serious and this goes for all of those giving this team a hard time . We are humans first try treating them as such . I know for a fact Dunkin employees are underpaid and they need that job so management has to do better and I hope the owner offers leadership training to its management so the team is motivated to give its best and to the rest of Orlando complaining about the coffee order it’s just coffee . That give no right to put these humans in this position just stop !! And team - praying for you all . This is not your forever calling never forget that and anyone who gives you a hard time can make their own coffee at home . Blessings
One of the very few that remain with lobby open for seating even with limited employees! KUDOS to them for not opting for "drive thru only" due to limited employees.
Morning shift is great. Anytime after 2 o’clock I will be waiting in the line at drive thru window for 10 mins ATLEAST w/ no other cars for A DRINK sometimes 2 items. The staff are SLOW PHYSICALLY & MENTALLY.literally have people who can’t even speak correctly, let alone take an order. I have to repeat my order atleast 3 times with these handicap folks. They really aren’t even fit for a job like this… mumble when they talkI asked for “LG iced latte w/ almond milk &whip cream” & “vanilla frosted w/ sprinkles.”Dumb as§ says: “u want it hot. Or iced.?”I said.. “LG ICED LATTE!”DUMB AS§ says: “ & u want oat milk & cream.”Then brings me A MEDIUM drink and vanilla frosted WITH NO SPRINKLES!Like What TF _ somebody needs to fire them because your going to lose good customers about this.
Hi. I just wanted to say thank you for being to patient and so nice to me. I had a bad experience at the doctor. the doctor was rude and they had be waiting a whole 1 hour and. The coffee I order (caram craze ice latte) was perfect. Other Dunkin’s always make it bitter and I can never taste the caramel or they don’t add the whip cream. The food was good too. Good enough for my son to eat the whole thing. Thank you for making my day a lot better and for being so friendly. Keep up the good work
Avoid this location like the plague. Over 20 minutes for two coffees and when what looked like the manager asked what we were missing she said it's coming and just brushed me off and walked away. You have staff more worried about drive through when the front has one person who is responsible for taking orders getting donuts,muffins etc and making coffee who clearly doesn't know what they are doing. Will never come back to this location.
Staff seem like cool people, but I was just given a room temp sausage egg and cheese with cheese straight out of the fridge. It’s as if It wasn’t even toasted or heated up, just thrown together. Lol thank you guys!
Just NO. Coffee was not fresh and watered down. Store was filthy, trash overflowing in-store. Maybe 3 choices of donuts if you're lucky. Dunkin is going downhill bad management.
