Leisha was very professional and welcoming. Customer service skills were on point. I love her spirit and for that I will definitely go back
Terrible location every single time we’ve been here they’ve messed up our order. The team members that are working at the drive through seem to not care and not really listen to the orders. Last time I asked for no ice and the entire drink was filled with ice. Just drive to another location
Well this morning on 4/5/22 , I stopped by before my daughter’s doctor appointment. I could clear tell the lady who was taking my order was distracted or just not listening because I repeated my order 4 times . The line was super long and I could see other customers sending their orders back through the window. As I reached the window myself , I paid and when I received my first bag I checked inside and realized I had the wrong donuts . I politely inform the lady at the window ( she was either Indian or middle eastern) that the donuts were wrong , she instantly got defensive. So I handed her the donuts back and asked for a refund , I said “ I don’t mean to be a Karen” .. oh that lit a fuse she started screaming at me and said “ don’t talk about my parents I’ll slap you “ . Yea I was not in the mood for that at all , all over a donut that I’m paying my hard earned money for. . The other two employees seemed like they were aggravated by her as well . They Told her to step away and handled the issue accordingly which I appreciate it . I should’ve gotten their names but the situation was too heated but they definitely need a raise .
There was a minor mix up earlier this morning with my order on my way to work but I must say these young ladies made it very simple and pleasant to have it corrected. Shanya and I believe Britney or Ashley was the other young lady at the window that made this experience very pleasant! thanks guys you are all awesome.. And I wanted to add that the teamwork that I saw in this building Is during the process was amazing
Most of the staff is rude with zero customer service skills. I ordered a bagel and cream cheese and this is the mush they gave me. It’s not even toasted it literally feels like they microwaved it with how mushy it is. Who the h*ll wants a microwaved bagel??? With the time it took them to cut corners, they could’ve just TOASTED the bagel. I can’t believe I paid for this.
They only had glazed and chocolate glazed, unbelievable! They were cold and stale. ?Crazy to think Dunkin’ Donuts wouldn’t have good donuts. So disappointed.
Saveon is the goat ?. I ordered through GrubHub and they didn't have any brown sugar cookie swirl left or the stroopwafel donuts. He called me so he could ask about substituting my items and really went the extra mile. I also work in fast food so I know a lot of people wouldn't have even bothered. Thank you Saveon.
Worst hash town and wrap that I ever tasted at dunkin. Your food will be prepared after you reach delivery window not when you ordered in drive thru.
Would not recommend this Dunkin. Workers would not even talk to me and the food was terrible. Sweet tea tasted like water and hash browns tasted like cardboard. They were so hard it chipped my tooth and I had to go to the dentist after and fill my tooth in. Eggs were green, like the doctor suess book. Would not recommend
Worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to, can’t get anything I ordered correct, took over 20 minutes to complete my order while I wait at the drive thru, and the order came back wrong 3x. Then wanted to charge me for something that should’ve already been charged in the first place. Management is terrible and should really get some experience serving people!
