Pulled in drive thru 6/28/22 and their POS system was down “we can only take cash.” This was not a problem as I had cash in hand for a tasty sweet black pepper bacon sandwich. Although after I made my request it was denied with “our sandwich machine is down too.”Man if only there was a way to make a sandwich without a machine. Hopefully management reads this and invests in their technology strategy or hires talent that can heat an egg in a microwave and slap it between to pieces of bread.
This location is awfully terrible. Their customer service is a zero if I could give it a negative I would . Their door is always lock when they open they’re only taking care of the drive thru . I don’t know why waste time to go there ! Even when the doors are unlocked they don’t take care of the customers in the lobby they still only do drive thru orders ! DO NOT GO & WASTE YOUR TIME . Their donuts are dry every time & food is not even good .
DRIVE THROUGH ONLY!Parked and walked across the street to try and sit down for coffee, but the doors were locked at 10:30am.The drive through was going so I attempted to wave at an employee to see if maybe they forgot to open the door. Had to call them to find out that the lobby was closed until further notice.There are no signs to indicate this.
Justin was super nice and helpful. I had an issue with my order and he took care of it right away. The service was very fast and efficient compared to other Dunkin’ Donuts in the area. I will definitely be back!
Service and rudeness was horrible! Never been treated with such disrespect! Thank god I never have to go there again! When I asked why so littleChoice she said “who knows” and still got my simple order wrong! the look on her face almost made me drive off but they were for my grandson! Common decency and respect certainly is not in this shop!!!!
Sadly the only local dunkin in the area and they are the worst dunkin I have ever been to , they never get your order correct , or they are always out of something you want, either cold brew is out , French vanilla is out or anything else is out and it's always in the morning they are out it's crazy . Not one single time have we been there and not had an issue , please get it together.
My favorite dunkin with quick service and super friendly staff. I only come here for my coffee in the morning, the only thing is the drive thru. Since it’s on the side of the building, the back lot fills Up quickly which sometimes blocks the roads and then you can’t park behind the building. But with the new management they are so much better. My donut actually tasted fresh rather than it tasting like it was 3 days old
Service at this location has gone downhill and quickly. Employees seem like they hate their lives, and their customers. I actively go out of my way to avoid this Dunkin.Not sure if new employees or a new manager is needed, but something has to change.
horrible management, perpetually understaffed, nothing is maintained, won't even see a staff member half the time and don't be surprised if they see they have a crowd and just decide to close the lobby and do drive thru only thus kicking you outbasically impossible to get a coffee from, they will drag you through a disastrous ordering process and then have nothing ready to actually make a drink, even brewed coffee. probably the worst dunkin in Orlando FL
They have a convict looking woman at the front counter that is just AWFUL. She had her mask under her chin not covering her mouth or nose, and she told me they no longer were selling the medium winter blend at $2. Not thinking I said okay and just got a regular medium coffee. Then it dawned on me to check my app, and, yep, that promotion was still going on. When I asked her about it, she conferred with a couple of her coworkers, then she said, "It's only with the app," with an attitude like I was the one in the wrong. When I said that's not how the conversation went down. Then it became, "Well, what do you want us to do?" in the sense of "what's done is done." I then told them to just give me my coffee.Then, to add insult to injury, they started talking about me like I wasn't even in earshot to them. What a world. If I go in and see her, I'm turning right around.
