I have to constantly be calling customer service to get my money back/free beverage rewards from mobile. They do not follow the modifications made in my mobile order EVER. Always order small drink with just ONE CREAM. ALWAYS give me a drink like I’m ordering only cream, no coffee! If I order extra expresso, extra swirl, please pay attention to that too! Lately my cup isn’t even given full.

The drive thru was busy so I deduced to walk in to order my coffee and 2 dozen of donuts, and I was shocked by the quantity of flies on the counter, I did ask to the associate, why you guys have so Many flies here at the store? her answer got me more frustrated “ because it’s summer”, I’m assuming that I’ll wait until fall season to order from this place again.

I usually enjoy Dunkin very much but at this particular location the breakfast sandwich was not toasted as it was supposed to be, and there were green finger prints (assuming avocado or pesto) all over our food items, which did not include those ingredients. Change gloves and don't skip toasting the bread; even if you are in a hurry I would have been happy to wait for an order that was carefully and accurately prepared.

Love this place! Fast, efficient, and have never gotten an order wrong. I visit frequently on my way to work, even if there's a long line they work efficiently enough that it never takes longer than 10 minutes. Highly recommend.

How hard is it to check the order before you give it to a customer at the drive-through the receipt says what you ordered the screen says what you ordered and they give you something completely different this Hass to be the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the country

NEVER GIVING THIS LOCATION MY MONEY AGAIN! I spend over $500 x month on coffee at this Dunkin’. The service is usually hit or miss. However, it’s rapidly declining. Today the woman on the order speaker was rude. I pulled up to the window and asked to add an item to my Order & was shut down (although there was no one on line behind me). The manager Liam indifferently confirmed that it is store policy that you cannot add additional items at the window- instead you must drive all the way back around to place a new order , even if no one else is waiting. I ridiculously drove back around to order a 2nd item ??‍♀️. I explained to Liam how awful of a client experience that was considering I was not inconveniencing anyone (IT WAS EMPTY) but he couldn’t care less about what I thought good customer service was. For being in such a high end area this Dunkin’ is trash! Rather go to Starbucks and be treated like my business matters.

I’ve never had a bad experience at this location, the service is always fast and friendly. I never have to wait long at the drive thru, unlike the other 2 locations not far from here.

If I could give this place a zero star, I would. We have given this specific location so many chances. However, this time was horrible. When we pulled to order our drinks in the drive through, the lady taking our order sounded rude. Once we got to the window, the place looked dirty and the attendant at the window seemed like she didn't want to be there. I ordered some hot drinks and a muffin, and the person that was dispatching my order took the payment, but without washing her hands or using gloves she grabbed my muffin, which is highly unsanitary especially during Covid. We got our drinks and left. Not to my surprise based on the experience earlier, found a long blonde hair in the hot chocolate. None of my family members have blonde hair, but the lady that was preparing the drinks did. If you want hairy drinks and contaminated food, then this is the place to go!

Come every other Saturday w my son and usually a great experience. This morning they were short staffed, which I understand happens, and as I approached the door with no signs on it a lady claimed they were closed inside and drive thru only because of short staff. Meanwhile there were other people inside and the tone and rudeness she handled it with is why it upset me. Called to speak w a manager and young girl that answered said why? Totally lost my business and glad there is another up the road that will now get my business.

Always super clean bathrooms. Greatly appreciated. Breakfast sandwiches usually are flimsy if not cold, but when I ask them (while ordering) to toast it well, they are on point. I realized they charge almost half a dollar for a cup of water because of my last receipt, so basically I had been spending money on cups of water -from the fountain-for months without realizing so. I’d be great if you could inform that to customers since it isn’t really common to charge for water cups. Besides that, they have quick and good service!
