Honestly, this is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. The first time I went here, I waited over 20 minutes for a mobile order. While waiting, the guy putting the drinks out was literally yelling at the customers “CHECK YALL RECIEPTS, BRUH” because they didn’t know their receipt numbers. Well, the receipt printer was broken. He finally noticed that I’d been waiting there, asked what I was waiting for, and got my order.I came again because it was the closest in walking distance. This time, they still didn’t have my mobile order until I said something and they made it wrong. One of the workers also yelled g**d*** from the back while my 3 year old was with me.

They got my order wrong. I had to go in their twice to get my lattes fixed. It was terrible. I asked for four toasted bagels with cream cheese got two then I asked for six donuts they gave to me in a bag smeared the icings. They also gave me to sausage croissant when I asked for bacon. Just really bad. The manager had an attitude with us like it was our fault the drive thru gave us everything messed up.

Really regret going here. Should've went to another location.I work in food service so I understand there will be closed dining rooms and product shortages. But at the very least, there needs to be a sign on the door saying the dining room is closed.I went through the drive thru, tried to order 2 drinks and a sandwich. Cashier told me they had no bread. That's fine, no big deal, but maybe there should be a sign on the speaker saying so. I just ordered some donuts instead.I got to the window, and there was only 1 drink. I told him I asked for a strawberry dragonfruit as well, and he said they had none. Why didn't he tell me that at the speaker? The other cashier had earphones in as well, which just gives off the vibe that they legit don't care.I don't really fault the cashiers too much though. It's just poor management and work culture. If you need to get some dunkin, you should probably go to another location. Or just go to the Starbucks down the road.

I waited for 10 mins for DD to open. When the clock hits 6, their door says open at 6, their neon open sign is lit. The lady working inside shakes her head at me and refuses to open the door shrugging her shoulders. Does not attempt to communicate what tube they open.

1st first off how do you go to a donut place and them not have donuts..??‍♀️? and then order six strawberry donuts and they turn out to be yellow and then both the rude guy at the drive-thru window and the girl at the counter both tried to tell me that they were correct... Worst Dunkin' location ever... Not to mention horrible customer service.. Do not recommend.. **I guess these donuts identify as strawberry!! Who knew! ?‍♀️

Awful attitudes at this location. Was told there was no food then when I went to the window they said they lied and that they do. The gross plain bagel came out of the toaster and tasted like the toaster hasn't been cleaned in years. Absolutely disgusting. Awful experience as always here. There was about 2 weeks they had a good manager who looked like things were turning around and then back to the same old garbage here. Avoid this place.

Supposed to be open until 7pm. Arrived at 640pm, Lights on and saw two crew members in store... no response in drive thru... not even to say sorry we had to close early. Went to try lobby, doors locked. Their owner/manager should definitely be made aware of this.

We went through the drive through to order our sandwiches and hash browns but when we looked in the bag our hash browns were missing. We decided to go inside to ask for them, but when we did, they did not believe us. I had to speak with three different people including the manager to finally get my hash browns.

Service is extremely slow. If there are 3 or 4 people in front of you it will be quicker to drive someplace else. Not exaggerating at all.

I gave it one star because I have to write this review. The guy in the drive-thru was clueless. He didn't know about the new flavor, and then I asked for a specific donut, and they were out of it. Let me know before I wait in line for 30 mins. Then I said I don't want my order and he looked at me as if I did something wrong.
