I will never come to this Dunkin again!! ? I always go to Dunkin but this location has gone downhill! Every new person has an attitude. They don’t put gloves and there is no uniform. There is also always a homeless person outside yelling. Does not make me feel very safe to enter. My husband and I just ordered iced cappuccinos and she made an regular iced coffee with attitude. Will not be back! This place needs a whole new management & new employees!! What a disappointment!
Coffee was not as nice as other dunkins I've been to. Staff were pleasant enough but chatting to each other and our order was forgotten. Seemed to be a homeless lady and her son in the next booth, son sleeping and twitching on the bench maybe about 15 years old. Lady had oily greasy matted hair and was rubbing it with napkins made us all feel like ill watching it as we drank and ate. They did not seem to have any purchases and were just using the space to sit.
I’ve been getting Dunkin for years. The hash browns are amazing until recently. This the second day in the row I received cold, soggy, broken up, flavorless hash browns. Idk what’s happening. If the recipe changed, Dunkin need to change it back. But I think it’s just this location…. Somebody in there is terrible at their job.
Quick service. Coffee was okay. I get the same coffee at all Dunkins. Maybe it is the stirring. This was not as strong.
Manager was struggling with a coupon for the customer ahead of me. She was very apologetic but after repeating my order several times, she still punched it in wrong. The young woman that was making coffees made my coffee wrong. 2x. The second time I didn't bother have her fix it. She also FILLED up the ENTIRE cup with Ice then poured hot/warm coffee over it...creating caramel flavored iced water. I literally took the domed lid of my coffee and scooped out 2 heaping scoops of ice out of the cup leaving 1/4 of liquid left then slid cup back and asked to fill with coffee. And said, "You can not fill these cups with ice then pour coffee over it. It just melts the ice." ?
Their service was fast and quick. They were very professional and very friendly! Would recommend to everyone
Coffee sure was hot when we did a u-ey at 45mph and the cup Cariet stopped and all over my left leg the 2 coffees spilled. But the Krispy creams were bon'apoatite delicious
Horrible service. There were two staff members . 1 stood around doing nothing . One customer ahead of me with 2 coffees. Took 10 minutes for them to even notice me standing there . Then didn’t even get correct donuts I ordered . Store was not busy at all - no reason for such terrible service .
Opened at 6am sharp. Had quick service. Breakfast sandwiches were tasty and hot!
The guys that work during the week late at night are funny and good at their jobs. They were about to close but still took their time making our order, even gave me the extra that had been left over in the blender for my milkshake.The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because you forgot the whip cream (:
