I like vanilla and strawberry frosted donuts. I ended up walking out without a donut because whoever made them couldn't be bothered to apply the correct amount of frosting, just an uneven, thin line around the top, not even covering the top surface of the donut. How about have some pride in your job? This review is maybe a little unfair to this particular location, because I see it more and more at various locations in the past couple of years. It used to be that the frosted donuts had a good amount of frosting covering the whole top of the donut. Maybe time for a little quality control?

The store is OK! Good, nothing more.

Three stars for this location. Pros are that I ordered on the app and my order was ready for me when I arrived. Along with that, the manager seemed pretty cool.Cons are that they forgot my munchkins that I ordered, or maybe I didn’t see them. It’s early and I’m in a different time zone so my brain fog is thick. So that kinda sucks but I’m totally willing to forgive. Second con is that my nitro cold brew is missing 1/4 of the drink and there’s ice in it. Never had ice in the nitro cold brew as it come out cold. This seems to me like a means to save on their product. That, I do not appreciate.

This was my second attempt at trying to get coffee here. The first time all I did was stand in line and it never moved. People were coming in for pickup orders and every single one of them was wrong. So I left after 20 mins. Several days later I tried it again and had the same problem. I decided to wait it out but still noticed that 90% of the orders were wrong and People just getting upset and leaving. No one working there would finish just 1 order so People were waiting for bits and peices of there order as they showed up wrong. Shocking but mine as well. I left with a drink I couldn't drink. Needs new management badly.

Great coffee but very crowded during rush hour before the parks open up .. better use the Dunkin app before leavi g your hotel.. save you precious minutes especially if you're running a little late.

I ordered a box of Joe as I have done before. The counter person filled the box. Filled two other orders and started to pack sweet and low. I told them I didn't need sweetener. They asked what I needed, I asked for vanilla flavored creamer. They replied "I needed to ask the manager." They then proceeded to attend two another order. Exasperated I asked for the box of Joe and went to 7-11 and purchased creamer. I have never experienced such poor service at a dunkin.

Sadly, I read the reviews for this dunkin before going as I am from out of town, and I should have drove the extra 3 miles to go to the one down the road. I went in, stood in line for about 20 minutes, with one person in front of me. Whatever, they "seemed" busy with online orders, so I waited.Placed my order, received the half dozen doughnuts I ordered, and then waited another 10 minutes for my drinks. The young woman behind the counter kept calling out numbers, and drinks piled up ON THE COUNTER. Once another drink number was called, I finally asked how we were supposed to know what number we were when i didn't receive a receipt. The woman then said it was MY RESPONSIBILITY to take the receipt when it was printed. Um, I'm sorry, I didn't know it was my responsibility to do YOUR JOB.. This is when I was informed that my drinks were placed on the TO-GO rack.I then asked why it was placed as a to go order, when I've been standing there the whole time. Not once for the drinks they claimed to be mine, was a number, or a drink name called. The woman behind the counter then got an attitude with me and said, "All ordes are to go." OK, then why were other customers drinks, who were in the store, placed on the COUNTER then and not the TO-GO stand?I can see why this place has negative reviews. I'll be in town for a couple more days and will drive the extra 3 miles down the road from our hotel to get my coffee in the morning.Edit: I have worked in retail my entire working life (almost 20 years). I know how customer service is supposed to handled, and they did a very poor job of it at this location.

Dunkin' consistently has good coffee, selection of donuts and baked goods is better earlier in the day. There are a variety of made to order sandwiches that include egg, cheese, bacon, ham, and healthy choices like turkey sausage. This particular location was very busy on a Saturday morning when I went; the staff was very friendly and efficient, quickly filling orders and making coffee.

Really bad customer service the people here don’t wanna do there job, there was a lady who said “who orders breakfast at 12?” And everyone here acted like they didn’t want to work. I ordered an online order for pickup and which they forgot the donuts so I had to go back and get my donuts, they put the wrong sandwich which I had to come back and get it again and then they took 15 minutes to make the correct sandwich. The only person who tried to do their job was this young Hispanic girl who was trying her best in the front who was doing her job well and provided good customer service, she kept reminding the people to make my sandwich while I was patiently waiting, she needs a raise. I’m so sick of this system where people who do their work bad get rewarded for it when the people who do it good just need to wait for it to be there turn. On top of the the donuts that I went back for barely have any frosting on it. I’d steer clear of this place, the Starbucks next door had significantly better customer service, and to the young Hispanic lady who works there and is doing a good job I recommend you find a better job.

the employees there are wonderful and my drink came out perfectly! however when i had a chance to speak to the manager for something unrelated, he was a complete hot head who you could not get through to. would benefit from an anger management course or two. please consider.
