I came through here past year with my mom and daughter and they messed up EVERYONE’S order. This year we pulled up outside and the girl saw us pull up and locked the door in our face. Rude, inept, and should be shut down.
Terrible service and not friendly. Ask for something that is all over the menu boards and they say it's only seasonal. So then we order something that is on all the giant window clings and they say that is only seasonal as well . At least take the window clings down . Then order cold brew coffee and they were out of that as well..and this was at 10am
The manager and the employee name Toya was rude when I came in, they had me just waiting at the register, and they were just laughing, chatting and giggling with each other, and when I was about to walk out (then that's when she asked do I need any help) and then when I asked for a medium french vanilla light and sweet, she then made me dark and tart, when y explain to her that I wanted light and sweet, she then said oh I don't drink coffee I don't know what light and sweet is, I asked her do she says and do that to other customers, she then said yes I do!!! Aww I'm just playing, very rude, plus I had to go to a meeting. Very rude workers never again will I be going back there
Spent $40 on coffe n bagels w/ cream cheese - and this is what we get!! Called the phone Number on the receipt - get a recording that number not in service ! SCAM!! In a time. When money is tight - and business are hurting - this is not good business!!!
Great service, quick and precise. What more can you ask for a busy Dunkin!
Worst place to get a coffee, I go to Dunkin everyday and this store makes me never want to step foot in another Dunkin Donuts again, staff arguing, looking sloppy and unprofessional.
First day I stopped here service was Great the second day there were more people behind the counter but slower service
I just ordered an UberEats order from this location. I have had a very rough few days, and all I wanted was some pumpkin and blueberry cake donuts. When my delivery arrived, I had a note saying, “We were out of pumpkin and blueberry so we had to improvise.” While I was disappointed at first, I opened the box to see 2 boxes of pumpkin munchkins and 2 boxes of blueberry munchkins. While they could have just switched out for other donuts, they made sure I got what I wanted. On a day like this, when my world is falling down around me, this small kind gesture really gave me such happiness.
Fast and professional staff, will be back again!
Parents beware!! I would usually not leave a review for a place but…my daughter and I visited yesterday morning. We went into the store because there wasn’t a drive through. The man at the register was rude. They were obviously short staffed and stressed out like everywhere. Fine..service is bad right now..just a fact. The man at the register with the two toned hair made me VERY uncomfortable. While he was checking out other people he would not stop staring at my four year old daughter. It got to the point where I locked eyes with him to let him know that I knew. It did not stop him. He was focused and just kept staring. Besides that the rest of the staff was stressed and doing their best with a difficult situation. Parents should know that someone like this works there though. Definitely would not return!!
