Big fan of DD, but this is by far the worst I’ve ever been to. I’m not sure if there was a manager on duty or not but this place seriously needs work. Upon entering, we were greeted by overflowing garbage in the front, extremely loud music inside, absolutely no donuts available, straws weren’t placed out. There was one person training a team member and also cashiering which caused a long wait for us to place our order while they weren’t even that busy. Please avoid this location like the plague. Dunkin’ Donuts management team please address this.
Rude, slow and under staffed. Waited in line for 34 min for a regular coffee. 18 min after order was placed. They focused on all the mobile orders coming in instead of any of the in house customers. They weren’t even apologetic about the wait. Ver poor management. There are conventions and tournaments at convention center. You’d think they’d plan appropriately.
A very dirty place. I had to clean our table before eating. The front counter worker was NOT FRIENDLY or helpful. My coffee order was wrong. It didn't even have the flavors I requested. It was basically a coffee and cream. When I went up to the counter to ask for the proper flavors, I was rudely told "we don't have those right now". She didn't offer a friendly response. It would have been better to have stated "my apologies for the inconvenience, we are currently waiting for delivery. Or something to that effect. *I understand that many places lack staff. Those that do show up for work are greatly appreciated. *Maybe next time I can respond to that employee "I'm sorry, you seem to be having a difficult time. I hope things get better for you.
Absolutely worst Dunkin and would avoid it at all costs. After waiting in line 5 min for woman to finish her chat with the customer in front of us tried to order drinks and food when we were rudely told that " they weren't doing hot food right now, I've done said it like 5 times!". Never once heard her say it before that so we chose to spend out money elsewhere
This is, without a doubt, THE worst place I have ever experienced. Not just amongst Dunkin locations - amongst all places; period. This is the 3rd time I have given this place a chance. I can't even express how bad this place is. My normal DD in Lutz FL is just as if not busier than this dump and I have never, ever ever had to wait in a line so long for 27 minutes to get a.....black coffee. Unbelievable. Staff was nice. Upper management/corporate....you have some work to do. But you won't because you know this store is all new business and not repeat. It's sad.
Worst Dunkin’ I have ever been to. Waited in line for 45 minutes when there were only 3 people in front of me, the lady working their was rude, her personal phone was ringing on and off the entire time, and she moved as slow as she possibly could. When I finally got up to order, I told her 4 times I couldn’t hear her. All I ordered was a large iced salted Carmel latte. What I got was a watered down coffee. When she finally finished with my drink, she didn’t even say anything. She just set it on the counter and walked off… as me and serval other people looked to see what the heck she had just put on the counter.The inside was dirty. None of the tables appeared the be wiped off, there was food on the floor, and I watched this lady touch her face several times then touch peoples food.I will not being visiting Dunkin’ again. I’d much rather pay a couple dollars more at Starbucks to get in and out quickly and actually get what I want.
The staff was very disrespectful, the gentleman working in the front made us wait for about 20 minutes without calling our name or number, by the time we realized our coffee was left at a table behind the counter, (getting cold) for more than 15 minutes. We called the staff's attention to the fact that our coffee was sitting there getting cold and he told us he doesn't read minds, he continue his disrespectful rant. Well, our "hot" coffees, got cold. We will never be putting a foot back into a Dunkin ever again, for now on Starbucks is the place to go!
I understand places are under staffed but the cashier having an attitude with customers because of a coworker leaving early (she was very vocal about it) and then rolling her eyes at me when I very politely asked where I get the donut from as I didn't receive it with the rest of the order I'm disgusted by her behavior. The management needs to do an overhaul
Wow ? .... We love Duncan Doughnuts ? ... However, I feel like Ownership/Managers need to work the Cash Register and take orders ... because the Employee today was not very Friendly... A smile and hello would be nice. Maybe rotate people in every few hours because I know the public can be rough ! Take an interest in your store !
Ordered a bagel, sausage and coffee. It took about 30 minutes to get it right. The staff is nice but not attentive and extremely slow. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. People waiting a long time for orders. The dine in area was dirty as well. Won't return
