Because of location, service is slow. I was behind maybe 5 cars and waited 25 minutes in the drivethru. Once I placed my order, it was another 10 minutes before I got it . My coffee was not how I asked for it, but that was fixable when I got to my destination. I understand this area is busy and they were probably short staffed (or had tourists that needed everything explained to them.) Just be prepared for a little wait

I had been here a year ago through the drive-thru and the coffee I received was burnt and not what I ordered.After a year had passed, I decided to try it again thinking there would be different staff or that my one visit was a fluke.I placed a mobile order and waited an hour in the lobby just to discover my food had been sitting behind the counter for who knows how long getting cold. They never called my order number and it appeared they had entirely forgotten about it . They had also left out items in the order and when I asked them to give me my donuts, they just gave me 2 plain glazed and shoo-ed me away.The cashier actually sabotaged the drink order of a costumer who complained they had waited in line for 40 mins. She pushed his order to the back of the long line. The line had maybe 3 families ahead of him, it shouldn't have taken that long at all.

We went to this dunkin; we pulled into the drive thru. There was a red car sitting at the drive thru window already. A female employee came out and began approaching out car as she is yelling, screaming and cursing at us for moving the cones that were blocking the drive thru (which we had not moved any cones). Both cones were sitting to either side of the drive thru on the curb. There was no cone in the center. If we knew the drive thru was closed, we would simply have gone inside, but the employee was belligerent and nasty. She seemed cracked out. No way will I ever return to this location.

Hate to write this as I am the biggest Dunkin fan, but had the worst experience this morning at the I-drive location in Orlando! Started when I pulled up to drive thru and was told to come inside. After parking, was walking into the store when I walked by the drive thru employee outside laughing it up with a friend at their car. I decided not to make a scene and continued going into store. Made my order and my iced machilatte was undrinkable! And they didn't have half the ingredients to make what is on their menu! Atleast the coffee I ordered was hot. Only positive thing I can say about my experience. Management at this location needs to step in and step up!

So Brianna the so called manager that answered the phone today gave me a nasty attitude.... I ordered through door dash. They had my driver waiting over 1 hr for my order. It arrived cold and also completely incorrect and missing items. In no way did I order this nasty rasin bagel and funny thing is how she gave me attitude using her Manager position to her defense but made me wait over 1 hr for cold and incorrect order. I would like follow up from the General or District Manager on this.

Why can’t Dunkin hire people who know their job?? Mobile ordering should show the rating of a location, maybe not a good business strategy ,because I would have avoided this location. They didn’t know how to make coffee…wtf? I was paralyzed by a donut jockey who asked if I wanted my coffee brewed, because they can’t do that today? Is that a real thing? Doubtful. Eventually someone else happened across our conversation, rolled her eyes and made me coffee. That took 20 min because I thought they were working on the mobile orders. My mistake.

If your not going to have the drive-thru open let us know before we waste our time coming to look at the milk crates blocking it.

Visited while on our honeymoon and wanted to pick up a coffee before our mystery dinner. It took them almost 30 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I walked out to get me my coffee. They originally gave me the wrong order, they gave me a hot coffee, but I asked for cold. It took them awhile to get out my actual drink, so they gave me a free donut, but it was completely stale.Not sure I'd come back, unless this was the only coffee spot around/available.

The staff is on another level. Very unorganized, “slow” and very rude. They mocked me when I was trying to order.Another downside is there isn’t a drive thru so you must interact with the staff.

Not sure what was going on but staff all stayed in back. It took way too long to make to french vanilla cappuccinos, when received they were way too strong tasted like straight black coffee. No one smiled. We were visiting from out of town and not one person smiled or gave a warm welcome. No sure what was happening at that location, but hope something great happens for them. Not one employee seemed happy.
