Very disappointed to this Dunkin’ Donuts location I actually come every time around so I grab my ice coffee all the time and I like to get my croissant and because I didn’t pronounce it right this gentleman in the front cashier was making fun of me and gave me attitude and start cursing at me from behind the kitchen disgusting this situation with the employees trying to look for confrontation this is a very unprofessional behavior Dunkin’ Donuts take care of this employee because that’s not how you do customer

We go down to Universal and Disney a few times every year. I have been coming here for a few years everytime. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Service is quick and the best part is that my coffee is always made right. Never an issue here.
This location closes at 8pm I come in like 30 minutes before than and he tells me he closed so I’m like ok then the next day I come back at 7:09 and the doors was locked so I was sitting down when he comes to open the doors I walk in and he says again they closed and I say “don’t y’all close at 8” then he say “it’s a leak flooding and I don’t have Time to make anything” so I sit down next door at Whole Foods and he comes out smoking for like 10 mins, I find this very rude and unprofessional and I want him fired

We had a great experience at this Dunkin' Donuts location yesterday!!!! I work at a Dunkin' Donuts in North Carolina, so I look for certain things when I go somewhere. Customer service is key. The employees were great, and we had quick service. Our food and 1 of the drinks was completed before we were even finished at the register. We enjoyed our food, coffee, and donuts, and will definitely be back!!! Keep up the great work!!!
Went in at 7:40PM, on 3/19/22. I was told they were done making coffee. Huh? I said you got 20 minutes, you can't make a fresh pot. I was told, no, they didn't want to waste a pot. Unbelievable! I said other Dunkins serve the last customer, whatever they order, til 7:59. this is bull$hit. oh, went in the night before and was told they were out of decaff. This night crew are total losers,. How could they be out of decaff. They just don't want to be bothered. This Dunkin is a disgrace.
Was in here early afternoon and the young employee with braids was beyond rude to me and my sister. I usually don’t leave reviews but it was unacceptable.
The guy made wrong order ( not the right size) I informed him, he apologised .. ok But put the coffee in the right cup instead of he made anther one like any Dunkin’ store make the coffee not hot enough and the test is not I requested plus I paid $2.65 for medium size the same price that I always pay for large size at any store ( Dunkin) plus I always ask for Corrwason No more .
The coffee was fresh and robust. Unfortunately service is not the most expedient but it is all due to staff shortages around the world. Whole foods next door had to shut down its coffee bar due to staff shortages. We have to be patient because it will take some time before this situation is settled.
