So, I normally don't order through uber eats.. Today I ordered $50.00 worth of donuts and requested at least Boston crème and original glazed. When I received the order 30 mins later, there was a receipt in the box that said. " If you want specific donuts, you need to call a day ahead." which I understand to an extent. I should have gotten a call from them asking if there was any other kind that I would like. I received 0 of the requested donuts, and a whole lot of angry people. 10/10 DO NOT RECCOMEND.

It’s doesn’t get any worse than what I’ve experienced here time and time again. I keep trying to give this location chance after chance thinking maybe just maybe they will get it right! I’m 5 months new to Avalon Park and wanted this location to be my on the way to work stop for coffee with the occasional breakfast. Well I’ll be taking my business to Starbucks Avalon from this day forward or Dunkin Waterford.. Steer clear from this location! 20 min wait inside to only get my coffee wrong twice and still walked away with my breakfast wraps hard and cold along with mushy and cold hash browns.

I buy at 5:45pm six donuts and this is my second time on that store and my last one both times first the don't have variety ad second the donuts are hard like a rock,I don't understand why people give 4 points on reviews. Never come back prefer to go alafaya and 50 hwy

Today we ordered at drive through a medium coffee; bagel with cream cheese and a Boston crème donut. At the drive through window the girl with unpleasant face gave us our coffee and a stale donut, immediately asked for payment. We paid without receiving the rest of our order. Then, we patiently asked for our toasted bagel with cream cheese. Without a smile on her face, the girl assigned on the drive through window closed the window and left us without even updating us or even saying one moment let me check. I think they failed to train a good service crew. Granting that there is labor shortage, the company should not be at the mercy of inefficient crew. Long and behold, we received our bagel. We left and we drove. Then we opened the bagel, then realized it had butter in it not cream cheese. There was really dishonesty and gross incompetence. The girl could have told us that they do not have cream cheese or ran out of cream cheese and we would have understood. We were deceived and lied upon. This girl is very young to be dishonest and corrupt. What kind of future we will have if we have majority of crew like this.

Waited over an hour for a delivery just to hear they gave out my order to someone else and cancelled the order. This Dunkin has always had a problem with being insanely slow, but this was the last straw for me.

Slow, super slow. Then didn't have 2 advertised products. Then I ordered the 6 mini pancakes and I wouldn't recommend that item for sure. Coffee was good and so were blueberry donut holes. I think service was so slow due to lack of available help. Other fast food places are similarly affected.

Every time I order Uber Eats with Dunkin Donuts my order is completely opposite of what I order I order a hot coffee I receive a iced coffee I order a untoasted bagel I receive a toasted bagel I order a dozen donuts have a certain type they send completely different ones the Donuts needs to improve

LOBBY IS CLOSED - This specific location seems to have it's lobby closed every day. It wasn't like this during the worst of the pandemic, so I'm not sure what changed. This appears to be a choice by location as three other locations nearby are open.

Went here a couple of times but today was the last. I ordered a bagel sandwich here before and found a long black hair hanging from it. I tried to ignore that because stuff happens.But today I decided im not going back. The woman at the register took 5 min before she would ask what we wanted and while we were ordering and asking her questions she seemed irritated that we were telling her the order. That would be whatever if the order was at least good. The cappuccino I got was mostly foam... the cup felt like there was about half or less and it's a large.Went there at least 4 times hoping each time would be better but nope. Doesn't matter who is working that day or me thinking maybe it's just already a bad day.... at 830am.

One star because you have to give a rating. I decided to go to this location because Wawa was experiencing a water issue. I ordered two avocado toast slices with bacon and a power breakfast sandwich which has turkey sausage. Girl at the register has zero engagement and customer service skills. Fine, its early morning. The order on the power sandwich had bacon on it...wrong. The avocado slices with bacon almost had none on it like they were counting pieces. Didn't offer a bag or napkins (dispenser was empty) for my items, I had to ask. Like it was a "let me just get done with the order" approach. NEVER going here again. Stay clear if you're trying to get your order correct or expect a smile. They need to be re-trained.
