After ordering through the app and waiting in the drive thru line for 15 minutes I was told they didn’t have the bagel or croissant for my order and could only do English muffins. Then they gave me the wrong order and I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to fix it (spoiler alert it was still wrong). Would not recommend this location to anyone.

This particular Dunkin' donuts has been an amazing experience , let Me fill you in .. I go up to the counter to place my order after placing my order I took two steps back to let the other person place their order as soon as I did that BAM my order was done .. talk about supersonic speed I like to thank the young lady name Bree for professionalism as well as her supersonic speed , talk about having talent Bree thank you and believe me because of people let you I will return again and again ... Bree kudos to you !!!

Im not sure what happened to this Dunkin, might be being run by teenagers since everytime I go they are hanging out outside the store not to mention they never have anything you want I see why they call themsleves Dunkin now since they never have doughnuts.

I am usually not one to leave reviews but this location really needs to get it together. i’ve been coming here for almost 2 years now & recently it’s gone downhill. if it’s not one thing it’s another. one day your coffee will taste amazing but they forgot your hashbrowns or you’ll get all your food but your coffee is so bad you can’t even drink it. just please pay more attention nobody wants to waste their money. thank you!

Up until 3 months, this dunkin donuts was great. I’ve been coming here for 1 year every morning to get my macchiato and recently staff has changed and the latest new manager Maurice (per one of the cashiers) has a horrible attitude. And I mean a horrible attitude because even the staff around him look at him weird every time he responds bad to me when I tell him this is not what I order because they always give me the wrong order. Today, he came to the window and said “you are gonna have to explain every day to them because we have new staff” with an ugly attitude, like telling me deal with it and not even giving me the time to say anything just walking away. Isn't that what I did when I ordered in the drive thru microphone? And then again at the window? I said to the cashier, why does he have an attitude? Then the one making the drink came to the window also with an attitude to tell me explain to me so as I started explaining (for the third time), she cut me 3 times to tell me again the same thing so she can make the order right but didn't let me talk and we were wasting time. I said, no worries, you got more customers behind me, took the drink they gave me, left and it tasted of pure caramel that I specifically asked them on their microphone not to add flavor more than once… I also asked for extra cheese on my sandwich (like I do everyday) and I always check cause they don’t put the extra cheese and Im paying for it, this time also didnt have it (for the 20th time), asked for it, and never gave it to me… Please, review your camera since he started working, you will see. He shouldn't be talking to customers like that. He should look for another job. Definitely not coming back. Heard this location always has problems with managers… I confirmed it. Ugly attitudes and wrong orders here. Avoid the place. Imagine all the other bad reviews this place has that didn't get posted and read the latest ones. They are making dunkin donuts look bad. A few other times, they gave me brewed coffee instead of espresso and then get mad when you tell them to remake it because its not what I paid for. And also, I heard them cussing (the staff and the manager) a couple of times with the drive thru window wide open. Please look at you cameras and find a really good manager and decent staff that have the actual skills for the job.

Pulled up to the drive thru around 11:20 AM and was immediately greeted with a attitude. When I asked for a white chocolate mocha the girl at the register cuts me off and rudely tells me it's discontinued. I ask for another moment then, I got all of 15 seconds to think before she comes back with an attitude asking me if I know what I want. I order and when I pull up the window she is giving the next customer the same attitude and I hear her say "these people need to hurry and up and order, it's not that hard". I also had to repeat my food order, on top of this the bagel I ordered was obviously stale, they gave the tiniest smear of cream cheese I've ever gotten from any dunkin donuts and they made zero attempt to stir the syrups in the coffee. Would like to think this was a one time thing but ive been to this location three times over the last few months and each time I've been given nothing but an attitude. If you can't talk nice to customers you should be cleaning the toilets, not at the register.

Britney Gonzalez “Manager” at the Alafaya and 50/Colonial location is the perfect example of someone who should NOT have the title of Manager. She doest NOT value her sweet employee’s and clearly feels entitled to treat employees whichever way because of her position. I’ve worked in sales my whole life and I have NEVER witnessed anyone be as rude as you. I would hate my life if i worked under you and I hope this review leads to your termination. Whoever made you manager was wrong about you and should feel embarrassed your a manager at this store. Britney, life is already tough, as a manager you should be making sure your employees feel happy to work with you, its the holidays PLEASE do us all a favor and cheer up! I go to Dunkin’ almost every day and this is easily the worst location i know of. I only come here if I can’t avoid it. No matter the time of the day or if there is anyone there or not expect at least a half hour wait whether it’s drive through or you walk in. And don’t expect to get your order right. This rating is for this location not for Dunkin’s in general. You can drive twenty minutes out of your way for a different location and it will be faster trust me.

The employee or manager disgusts her behavior with customers. She doesn't know how to handle customer service. We were having breakfast with my children and while we were ordering we asked for the bathroom keys. This very rude lady told us that she had a lot of people in line and that is why she could not give me the key. she scoffed too. I have to add that another very friendly employee gave us the key.

Line was slow. Server was not very friendly. But the food was good
