Took several minutes to even greet me. Another several minutes to be waited on. Asked for a hot fudge sundae with vanilla ice cream. She didn't know what a hot fudge sundae was. I had to point it out on the sign. She started to give me yogurt and to tell her ice cream. So she then scoops it and puts a lid on it and asks anything else. I say uh hot fudge. Then she says we don't have any hot fudge ?♀️?♀️?♀️?♀️
Go to this Dunkin’ Donuts almost everyday and today I went there and a young man name mike was working and was very rude as we asked to add something on our order mind you only a donut he responds and says we are to busy for that now and told me to pull off for the next customer. I called when I came home same person answered the phone with Dunkin’ Donuts we are very busy right now I asked for the manger And he hung up on me. Nice job Dunkin’ Donuts for hiring such happy employees. Will not come back to this Dunkin’ Donuts again. The morning employees are the nicest afternoon not so nice at all.

Just moved here from MIA and already missing my local DD. This location needs to do better. It could be a first time bad luck thing but my latte was more of an iced coffee my bagel was burnt. As a daily Dunkin customer and member I'm disappointed. I will give it a go again and give them the benefit of the doubt but last try and we'll see what happens. By the way they try to make my bagel again and the second time they gave me the wrong bagel, the third time was a charm sort off. .
Ughhh, this place closed up espresso machine, coffee machine, and most everything else over an hour before closing. Would it make me an espresso offered to make coffee, took them 20 minutes to make my coffee it's a donut shop.
Avoid the OBT Dunkin at all cost! Service is always friendly here!

Best Dunkin’ ever, the gentleman working this morning was nice and Courteous. This is the Dunkin I’ll be going to from now on. Thank you for a great start to this morning! America does run on Dunkin.
I come to this Dunkin’ location almost every morning. I never had a problem or issue until about 2 months ago. Natalie one of the employees is super rude! On 3 different occasions she made smart comments or remarks when I was picking up my online order! I pass 2 other Dunkin locations on my way to this location. I will not be coming back here! I am an instructor at a University and I teach customer service hospitality standards. She is very unprofessional. If you don’t like your job and know how to treat customers with respect you might be in the wrong profession.
Outside could be cleaned up more but inside was clean service was fast and courteous with a smile we enjoyed our visit thank you so much
