Great little corner hot dog joint - and it helps that there's also an ice cream counter in the same building! :D I'm partial to the "frank-n-tots" baskets.
I am from Chicago and was highly disappointed in this restaurant. They don't know how to make Chicago style hotdogs. They had the ingredients, but pit them all backwards. It was not only messy, but very soggy. I'll stick with Portillo's.
Chili cheese all beef hotdog was really fresh and good. The gentlemen who worked the doghouse/soda fountain were very nice.

Great little quaint place for a tasty hotdog. I ordered their vegan hotdog with all the fixings and loved it! The order came out pretty fast too. I've already gone a couple of times and plan to visit again the next time I am in the area and crave a vegan hotdog.

It's a well decorated restaurant with a variety of hotdogs and reasonable prices. Customer service is excellent. They also have an ice cream bar on the other side. Don't forget to tip the people who take your orders and make them ?
First time here. It shares a space with an ice cream shop. The decor is very old timey & homey. The employee was nice and friendly. I forgot to take pix of the food, but it was good. I had the king hot dog with tater tots. Its a bit pricey for hot dogs & tots, but I would go back again.
