Can't even explain in this text box how terrible this location is. I've had two awful experiences with them in just the last week alone. I ordered $60 worth of food from them on Saturday and literally they forgot everything except for a half rack of ribs....... Then today, when I ordered again thinking Saturday was just a bad day, somehow they're out of ribs and instead of calling me to ask what i might want as a substitute, they just changed my order to give me a Blondie instead. A blondie?? Instead of ribs?!? Luckily both times Doordash was able to take care of me on the customer service end. Dickey's food is great... this particular location? Not so much. Do yourself a favor and drive to one of the other ones....
Just steer clear of this place. The pulled pick sandwich did not include the sauce I ordered, which isn’t a big deal since it’s inedible anyway due to the amount of fat slapped between two buns. Not only that, but my order contained wrong items. Thankfully Uber Eats processed a refund for me. Looking through all of these reviews, how is this place still in business when they mess up their orders so tremendously and consistently?
First thing, please follow instrunctions. Food was disgusting, mac and cheese looked spoiled. Gave me the incorrect drink, I asked for Spicy Bbq ribs, I got plain ribs that tasted horrible, I would not eat from this place again nor will I order from them again! Lost my appetite couldn't even bare to look at the food. Yuck!
Do not order from this place!!! They are a third party vendor so there's no phone number to call if you have a complain. I had my order delivered and everything was wrong. Here is what I ordered vs what I got: I ordered a three meat plate, which included brisket, pulled pork, and ribs (extra rib- $2). My brisket was undercooked (had bloodlike pieces of meat), and the pulled pork was spoiled. The ribs were fine, but never got my extra side of rib that I paid extra for. Additionally, I ordered bbq beans for one of my sides and got green beans instead. I also ordered bbq sauce with an additional side of bbq sauce (extra $.50) and received NO sauces with my meal. Lastly, I ordered a regular coke and got a diet coke instead. This place is a joke and will never order from them again!The meal itself was $18.50 plus delivery fees, taxes, and tip. Good thing I at least got some of my money back with DoorDash. I also contacted the restaurant's customer service phone number listed on their website and spoke with one of their representatives, who promised me that they were going to send me some coupons on the mail to compensate for my bad experience, but haven't even received anything yet.
It you want everything in your order to be wrong and get no drinks With your order, then order here. All of the sandwiches were wrong, we didn’t get cheese or pickles. The sides we ordered were supposed to be tater tots and we got soggy fries in plastic wrap. This place is disgusting and I would highly recommend against ordering from here
Absolutely disgusting excuse for a burger. Dry, unseasoned. They left the extra cheese and jalapeño cheddar out of the order, sent cold soggy seasoned fries instead of the buffalo ranch fries I ordered. Will absolutely never order from this place again.
Placed an online order and paid for the meal and when i got there they said it wasn't ordered because they did not see it on their end. They agreed to make the meal anyways but shorted me my fries, The bun was falling apart and the meat was really dry.
Do. Not. Order!!! This place scammed me out of a $50 order! Even though I received a notice that said my order was cancelled or modified, they still charged my card the full amount and I never received my food. Their numbers do not work.
Great service I always love coming here it s a great place to bring the family and devour some good BBQ the wait staff is friendly. The drinks are cold and the food is hot come get it done
Dickeys food is soo good and even though Dickey’s ocoee is the greatest dickeys in the world, the restaurant in Orlando is closer and more convenient!! Thanks Dickey’s
