I got the 2 meat meal with 2 sides.The ribs were good with nice flavor but the membrane was still attached which took away from it. The brisket was tender but fatty with little flavor. I did like the selection of sauces.The bread was not good at all. Cloeslaw was good but would not recommend the baked potato casarole.3 stars just because it was decent
Very sad showing for BBQ. Ordered the 2 meat dinner, brisket and kielbasa. So $22 with drink, I received half a slice of the fattiest brisket I’ve ever been served and maybe a 1/4 of a sausage. When asked how it was I told the cook he should be embarrassed to serve this for $20. He agreed the brisket was abnormally fatty and blamed the guy from the day before for not trimming it properly yet still felt it ok to serve. I’ve been to Dickeys before in other states and don’t remember them being this awful.
Have ordered here twice on doordash and it was a nightmare. Didn’t have what was ordered, substituted with items I did not want and then did not allow to cancel. This place is a chain and there are sooo many good original places in Orlando like Cecils or Bubbalous. Don’t waste your time on this mediocre place that has terrible service. The one time I dined in the staff literally acted like I was bothering them by being there. Amazing
Not so great food!!!! Wow. I wouldn't recommend the Cuban not so Cuban sandwich. It's dry pulled pork, pickles, insane amount yellow mustard, kielbasa thats is processed with cheese and pepper. And the worst part yet!!!! And my biggest pet peeve served on HORRIBLE CHEAP COLD BREAD!!!!!!!!What saved my meal from disaster were me two sides believe or not. I got Okra and Onion tanglers. Outstanding, both my kids we're rethinking their sides and eating mine. Which worked out because the portions on the fried stuff is very big compared to what they had Which was very tiny bowls of Baked beans and Mac N CheeseOver-all , I just wish I could have ordered something different. Don't think we will back, its very expensive for all 4 of us to eat. Not worth it, my husband and I just didn't like the food.
Small BBQ spot along Narcoossee in the Lake Nona area. Great pulled pork and brisket, and good selection of sides. There used to be some outdoor seating in the front, but that has been removed. Still good barbecue with a focus on portability: you can ladle out the three sauces at the drinks station into plastic cups with lids, the utensils are in sealed packets, and the yellow fountain drink cups are pretty sturdy.
If you want fried okra this is the place but, everything else that they serve gets an F!!! It doesn’t stand for food or funny trust ME!!!! I visited several Dickey’s location from TX to sunny Florida and this is by far the worst location. My ribs was supposed to be smoked ribs which equals cooked. They were barely warm and you would have to cut the meat with a knife!!! They still had the membrane on the meat!!!! I requested a refund and showed the staff so that they could correct this matter for any future orders ??I’ve stopped ordering the loaded baked potatoes as well since they were very old and burnt (potato was brown inside) The 2 meat and two side plate totaled $18 which means 18 reasons no to return to this location!!!!
Just walked into a basically empty restaurant at 1:15PM. there were 2 people sitting at a table in the dining room eating and obviously I thought they were customers. I approach the counter to place my order and there is no one there or at the register. I stand there for a solid 3 minutes, and still nobody. Finally, the 2 people sitting down eating got up and walked behind the counter. One is not wearing any uniform and the other is wearing an apron. Apparently the customers were the employees. Neither of them acknowledged or addressed me and they started to discuss the POS system password and scroll through their phones. Neither of them washed their hands after eating and went right back behind the counter. That’s when I walked out.
Had the burnt ends brisket and my wife had the giant brisket potato. Both were served very quick and were delicious. Food could have been hotter, but was still good.
Be aware that prices are different than the menu they will charge you more , no free kids meal if you carry out which is the only dickeys that have that , unfriendly attitude and pull pork and brisket are like beef jerky they need to learn from the dickeys in Georgia shame that a good food chain let private owner mees up the whole franchise shame ! And of course you will see the owner answer sayin “sorry pls contact me “ a generic robot answe and they will do the same thing !
The food is amazing!Always fresh and delicious! This is a place to eat delicious!Highly recommended!!!
