Food was hot. Pretty good. Friendly service. My only issue was it wasn't as cleanly. My arms were sticking to the table when we were seated. You could tell it had been wiped but not sanitized properly. There were a few flies swarming around the table and a lot of pieces of trash all around the floor. They need to tidy up a bit.
The manager brought this kid’s meal to our table. Old chicken tenders that might have been sitting around for hours. Just a nasty, disgusting manager. We called the server over and she apologized and replaced the tenders for new ones. But the manager just hid away. No apologies or anything for that matter. This was on May 20,2022. I will never sponsor this restaurant again.
This Denny’s has the best food of any Denny’s we have had in the Orlando area. The most recent time we ordered for delivery and the order was incorrect, we called and the issue was not resolved (the young lady who answered the phone needed a little more customer service training based on our conversation). We were missing two items, so we drove over and when we got there a nice young man was there to bring our food to us, already remade for freshness. The manager, Phil, spoke with us and remedied the situation further due to the delivery fee and inconvenience. We understand accidents happen and it is all about how a company chooses to correct the situation and in this case, while not ideal, it was better than many other places would have done and we were listened to and not blown off or undervalued. Great job Denny’s!
There was a 20 minute wait on a Saturday midmorning, so not too bad. Service speed was reasonable. My food came out cold, but the others at the table said their food was warm. Had to ask for tea refills. The coffee on the third refill was too hot and burned my tongue. Overall not too bad.
I had a wonderful time at this place. I have not been in a Denny's for over 10 years and I must say I will definitely be coming back. My waitress ( kayla ) was so kind and lovely, she helped me pick out a perfect meal that was delicious and filling. The service was fast and my food came out exactly how I ordered it.

Denny's was very good had to wait 20 mins to be seated but it was in walking distance of my room
Great service from Patti our waitress who made us feel like old friends and this was our first visit here! Greeting and kitchen also good too. The food is plentiful and satisfying . I would go back here without hesitation.
