Nice, but of course overly crowded.
Very loud, very poor service, no silverware or napkins on the table. Got attitude when asked. Took forever to get food and drinks. Wait staff not friendly.
Terrible service, food was mediocre, at best. We didn’t even get all the food we ordered, then overcharged, and was told it would be 3-5 days for a refund. We were leaving to go back home the next day, which was over a 12 hour drive
Cool place to take kids. My server sucked balls though.
There was an item on the printed menu that was not available yet, but the staff substituted a comparable item for free.
The service was poor. Someone at our table was forgotten and took very long to get her food. No plates were cleared and we sat there the whole time cramped with dirty plates and empty cups. Not a great experience.
The food was dry or over cooked. We had chicken tender and chicken wings. Both dry. We were refunded for the chicken wings but not the tenders.
The food was great! They were busy inside the restaurant on a Saturday night, I understand. I also understand staffing issues since covid and we were very patient with food service. It took a while to be offered beverages and a while to receive them. The alcoholic beverages came faster than the 4 waters we requested. The drink runner came to out table with 4 waters. She rested her tray on our table while to took off two waters. Me, trying to be helpful because we had two young children who were parched, I assisted the girl and took the additional two waters off her tray to help. She immediately said they were not for us and took them back off our table and back on her tray. I told her I was sorry for taking them off her tray but we asked for 4 waters. She still took them back. We were a bit taken back and I walked over to the bar and got our two additional waters from one of the bartenders. Maybe instruct your food service personnel on proper food and drink handling since I had already touched the tips of those waters
While the service was great- food was terrible! Noise was high I felt I had to scream for my family to understand me.
Waiter was a bit on the lost side and never around but the food and place were amazing
