We really enjoyed all aspects of our stay here. Only issue is the shower temp was a little wonky - didn’t take much of a turn to make the water scalding hot. Otherwise fantastic stay.

Room was nice but... negatives were coffee machine was broken, shower water temp was either scalding hot or cold... no in-between, the lighting was terrible.. no light near door where only full length mirror is. One of the lamps had an light bulb out that I pulled out so room service would know. The mini fridge worked but the exterior so hot that i left cabinet door it was housed in open to try to cool it off. Kept the drinks cold though. The restaurant is NOT open for lunch even though advertised it is. Positives was beds comfortable, rooms was clean and was cold.

Perfect location! Easy accessible to the highway and all the places I went to. The staff was courteous and prompt. Our room had a mini Keurig coffee maker -with coffee and cream, a small refrigerator, hot water, and beautiful view of the lake and city. There are no rooms with balconies or access to the balcony. The windows do not open. Breakfast is not included. There is valet parking and gate secured self parking for a daily fee.

Old property with renovations and soft touches of contemporary decor. It’s downtown inner city so with that being said comes homelessness and stranglers… doesn’t bother me but might bother you. Location is immediately off I-4 for a bit of convenience. Valet or self parking($18) and has a shuttle service that takes you 3mi of the property. Staff interaction was pleasant and informative. My stay came with breakfast I was supposed to have a dbl Queen however the 3rd party sent it to the hotel as king room. The front desk employee was able to make a reasonable adjustment and get me a room with a pull out sofa, Thanks front desk! The room was fresh but did have smudges on the wall, sofa cushions were worn and slouchy, the packaged cups placed with the ice bin had holes in the plastic and were torn ? which made me question safety/cleanliness/sanitary but I’m just go pray about it and drink the alcohol hoping that kills whatever may have got in the cup.

My dauthers and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was by far, one of our best hotel experiences in Orlando. From check-in, to surprising my girls with the delicious breakfast in the morning. Our room was so nice, and the beds delightfully comfortable. Located so close to downtown, it gave us a taste of downtown living. 10/10 would recommend, and we will definitely come back again.

4 star hotel? On a scale of what, 1-100? This hotel was so old and run down. Felt more like a 2 star hotel at the most. Also the staff was all so rude and miserable. Everyone in the lobby was rude from the second we arrived. Like you all realize people are paying a lot of money to stay here for a nice, relaxing vacation right? That experience begins with the way staff treats you. The only nice person at this hotel was the cleaning lady, who was an absolute sweetheart. Everything else about this hotel SUCKED. Parking situation is whack. Took like 10 minutes to even find the parking lot. We planned this trip expecting a nice hotel and were super disappointed. The hotel does not look half as nice as the photos portray. Waste of money.

There were crusty stains on the carpet, stains on the dresser. Disgusting. But to top off staying in a nasty room, a hotel employee was walking around our floor at 9am with a walkie-talkie BLARING. for at least ten minutes. I go out to see what is going on and he’s just walking around without a care in the world. Horrible stay. Can’t even sleep because of rude employees. House keeping banging on the other doors at 9am… wow no. Don’t recommend.

It was just okay. Hotel reception was gorgeously modern and updated but my floor hall way, bedroom and bathroom was very dated. Many outlets didn't work, or were very difficult to use. Hotel is definitely dated in design and appearance also i didnt like having to pay for parking. Breakfast was highlight of our stay, absolutely delicious but not included in nightly fare FYI will not return to this location. Rather go to a more modern updated hotel.

They call it a 4 star hotel but I think they should change it to 3 stars. The bed and pillows were outstandingly comfortable. The Air conditioner worked great, outdoor hot tub worked great too. While the buffet breakfast was pricey I think it was worth it; very well done, delicious, well cooked. HOWEVER, their heated outdoor pool was not heated, and there were never any towels. Their fitness center was wholey inadequate. Throw a universal gym in there with some pulleys. The in room keurig coffee was gross and stale. They had one bartender/waitress/room service attendant on a Sunday night. She literally rolled the food up to peoples rooms leaving the bar and restaurant unattended for long stretches. Like seriously, hire another staff member. Their restaurant/bar was closed on monday nights. There was no airport shuttle.
