Worst place ever. People that works here don’t know how to treat clients. Worst costumer service in universal. Do not come to this place. So small and crowded. Workers here do not understand English.
Thank you cold stone for coming out with a nondairy ice cream!!!!!! And it tastes delicious!Was very happy with the service here. Very busy place but they had smiles on their faces.
Everything at Universal was great both days we were there until we were ready to leave tonight and my daughter wanted ice cream. We were able to get cinnamon rolls, sit down, eat them, and still waited 20+ min for her ice cream. The reason was the guy working had a girl with her arm literally locked in his. I couldn’t believe that any establishment would allow this type of behavior. There were multiple employees peeking around from the back and giggling at her locked onto his elbow as he tried to scoop and mix ice cream. Meanwhile everyone else stood by and let the line build up. Even if she was off the clock it was inappropriate and unacceptable behavior. The person in charge needs to pay more attention to the staff on a busy night.
Do you like to go to cold stone when we’re traveling. I always get the same ice cream all the time the girl made a mistake this time but gave it to us for the right price. The restaurant is fairly clean and the service was pretty good
By far, my favorite dessert on vacation has always been ice cream. Cold Stone Creamery delivers when it comes to flavor & quality. Customer Service did amazing keeping the people moving.
Sweet treat for a chilly night! I needed to get a sweet tooth fix so this was it! They have really delicious chocolate ice cream and you get a topping for free, so why not throw a brownie on top for them to mix in? So very good!!! We ate ours outside and watched all the passer byers... It was a nice evening.
Super quick to get in and out. The employees are wonderful and love putting on a show while they are preparing the ice cream. My kids love going here when we are on vacation because it is so yummy and entertaining!

OmgI haven't had Cold Stone ice cream in years. Waited all day just to get this on my way out to have this as dessert. Has a great attendant, wish I knew how to spell her name, Martine, I think. She made this cup more than just a treat, she left an smiling memory.Thank you
Been in Orlando for a week and have gone there every night after dinner. Exceptional service and even better ice cream! 10/10 would recommend to my mother in law.
