The ice was great and the service was fast and friendly. The music however that was playing in the store had curse words. Not appropriate. ?
Usually, we love Cold Stone for being a premium ice cream experience, but our last visit was anything but that. My partner asked, "what's your favorite flavor" to which she just said "I don't eat cold stone ice-cream." Even if that were true, it doesn't exactly help the customer with a suggestion. While we both got the same size, mine was a significantly bigger portion than my partners. When we pointed that out, the same worker replied that it was a different cup size, which we also pointed out wasn't true. Then I was told, "well, looks like you got a bit more. "Lastly, I feel like a disclaimer should be used as to how much the "black" Halloween special sweet cream flavor will stain EVERYTHING, including your teeth. No one needs that much food coloring.Also, the other girl working that night did a great job and was super helpful. (Visit was 10/18 at night)
Not only is the ice cream good , the employee there was very nice and my daughter and I grabbed our ice cream and had it in the little park right by Cold Stone.
Full disappointment. This is the second time I go to this store and all you can see is a poor management and a lack of motivation from employees. There’s never waffle cones. Forget about ordering online, is a waste of money and time. I do not recommend this store for anything. Cold Stone, in general, is no longer what it used to be from when they started. Just terrible.
Paid over $20 to get the gallon of ice cream that’s not even close to being full nor are the toppings mixed in. What a joke! You don’t get what you paid for at this location. I want a refund
Costumer service was good, the location is great, but the lobby felt empty.
Waited and waited for my curbside order that never came out. Even called the location twice, no answer. Why offer curbside if your customers still have to come inside for their order? Such an inconvenience.
I usually place my order online for quick pick up and they never put the right toppings and completely disregard the amount that I pay EXTRA for. It’s ridiculous!

You would think they would have great customer service Since they are family owned businesses but no very rude and unfriendly. I would avoid this location.
