Really nice stop for some nice customized latte’s and coffees! Hidden gem is the UCF Waterford Lakes area! Great spot for a quick morning drink and breakfast, as well as the perfect study spot!
EGG SALAD CROISSANT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE‼️‼️It was light, flaky, and delicious. The toast in the other picture was good as well I hear! I only give 4 starts because I asked for green tea and they gave me a selection of matcha and "loose leaf". I asked for loose leaf and got a Bigelow tea bag which wasn't very good. They ARE the coffee factory though so if you drink coffee probably get that. VERY GOOD! would be a perfect 5 stars without the tea!
Super cute place. Pretty good coffee. Like their muffins. Has wifi. It's really nice when it's not too busy. Seating is a little crowded, so a packed house is a bit uncomfortable and makes some of the tables unuseable.Other useful info:Two single stall fairly accessible bathrooms. No changing table.
The place is nice and the people are nice, but the cold brew tastes like a shoe store.

I used to come here all the time with my friends but they’ve recently changed ownership or management because a lot of these looseleaf tea options are gone, they used to have a huge shelf with about 10 to 15 different types of looseleaf tea, now they only have two bagged Bigelow teas that they will sell for three dollars a cup which is quite overpriced. I showed up after they removed all the looseleaf tea‘s and I asked what kind of tea they had, they said they had a looseleaf green tea and when I got it it was it just a Bigelow tea bag which was disappointing. The food was also just lukewarm, not hot. They also got rid of the ceramic mugs that they used to give people for dining in, and they just do Styrofoam cups now which is fine if you want to take your drink to go, but I liked the “at home” feeling of the mugs they used to serve all their drinks in. I previously gave the coffee factory five stars in a rating A few years ago before the pandemic so I feel sad that I have to add a different review with a lesser rating.
very cute place. friendly and kind staff, happy to answer your questions. Very laidback. I got the waffles with strawberries and cream, super delicious! And one of the raspberry coffees i don’t remember which one but it was so good!! Not overpowering or too sweet :) Will definitely be back!
Yeah, I really wanted to like this place. It was on my list of coffee shops to visit.Coffee was okay. The presentation they served it was just disappointing.Breakfast was ok. The service was okay, not really welcoming. I wouldn't come back. The atmosphere is depressing!!
This is my first time here. Had the Mediterranean sandwich. It was amazing. It had the perfect amount of pesto and feta cheese. It was a hot afternoon so I opted for the unsweetened tea. Overall a great experience. The place was clean and bright; the staff was really nice.
