We attended a Christmas Party at the Citrus Club. It is an amazing view from the 18th floor! And the service was amazing.
I used to come and have lunch here all the time and I never had a bad experience so I decided to have my 31st Birthday in a private room. A woman named Molly helped me set it. My dinner was not enjoyable. We started ordering margaritas. We drink Don Julio so the server brought us a round of Don Julio margaritas. When we were ready for round 2, she let us know they ran out of Don Julio. What? We had a bottle that was gifted to me and I was told I could not open it, even if I paid. So now I have to switch my drink. FINE. We order a few things and the server is MIA(missing in action)! Did not come to check on us for a while. We let her know that we were STARVING and ready to order. I order some $85 steak and it comes OVER COOKED. When I tell her, she let me know that was the LAST one. Now I have to order something different. By the time the meal came, I'm tispy, because I had to change my DRINK. I didn't drink what I wanted to and now I can't eat because the time waiting for my new plate was over 25 minutes. I had a terrible Birthday dinner here. I did not make any of my friends pay because I was not the ONLY one who had an overcooked steak. Everyone who ordered steak was served overcooked meat and it was really sad. NEVER AGAIN!!!
Molly and her team have been AMAZING! They worked with us with having to change the date of our wedding due to Covid several times and the overall customer service was top notch. The hit of the wedding was two specific things…The views and the food! We definitely found a gem in Orlando with the Citrus Club and would recommend them to anyone looking to have those great views, stand up customer services and the best food in town!
