I recently moved into the condo building where Cincinnati Chili Company is located. I love a good chili dog, and would rate it as one of my favorite foods. Also, I'm extremely lazy, so I was happy to see that they will run up an order to me for free. I mean, I COULD just hop on the elevator, but that would mean putting on pants.I'm just so happy with Cincinnati Chili Company, and the way they do business. You can tell they are doing everything they can to ensure they have a top quality product. The ingredients are fresh, they package everything carefully, and the portions are good. The cheddar cheese comes individually wrapped. They give me a lot more cheese than I can use on the chili dogs and 5 way, so I just save some of it for my morning scrambled eggs. Also, the lady who delivers the chili is a very pleasant person who I would guess is an owner because she cares so much about doing a good job. I do put on pants before I answer the door in case you were wondering.The chili itself is a bit different than I'm used to. I guess that's where the "Cincinnati" style comes in. I've had chili that was more hearty most of my life, where the Cincinnati chili has a bit of a sweeter flavor. Not that I'm complaining, I love it both ways, but this chili is absolutely delicious! I also had never put mustard on a chili dog before I got one from Cincinnati Chili Company, and now I wouldn't have it any other way.I once had a very minor mix-up that wasn't anybody's fault. They tried to call me to fix it, but my phone doesn't ring sometimes, so I missed the call. Cincinnati Chili Company went WAY above and beyond to make things right, and to ensure I was happy with the results. They now have a customer for life, and it's not just because they're right downstairs.Bravo Cincinnati Chili Company! BRAVO.
I enjoyed having authentic Cincinnati chili here in Orlando. They sell it to go. Hopefully they can open a shop where we can eat in. The person over the phone was so helpful. Answered all my questions and placed my order over the phone to help.
Outstanding chili and the chili dog hit the spot. I'd been craving a great chill dog for a couple weeks and thanks to that search I found this amazing company! I have always loved Cincinnati chili and they do a great job! Highly recommend this business!
I ordered a vat of chili....there were no beans. They need to specify there will be no beans. I didn't want to eat allspice meat sauce for dinner. The cookies provided my two stars as they were tasty.
Very good. I just wish they didn't chop up the spaghetti.

The BEST hot dog I have possibly ever had. Seriously. I have lived in NY. Still better. It was almost impossible to find. Ownership please please make finding the spot easier with more road signage and on the front page of your website make it front and center of how to find you! It will only help you business. Also make it so you can text instead of call when there for pickup. But really it is delicious. I mean the bun is amazing. Everything. I wish you all the best of success!!
Delicious!! So nice to have a taste of home here in Orlando and the owner is so friendly even followed up after our order to see that everything was great! Highly recommend checking it out! If you are used to Skyline just a note the coneys here are larger, which is awesome, but if you normally have 3 to 4 at Skyline 2 to 3 will be plenty ? so excited they have expanded their hours as well!
Cincinnati Chili is just so good! The owner is always so friendly and really cares about his customers and the quality of his chili. It’s always a pleasant experience to pick up our food and come across such friendly service! I would definitely 10/10 recommend!
