Good food bad service sat and the bar and bartender gave me chips no dip after taking my order ignored me the rest of time until I almost finished eat. Other people came to bar got full attention because they ordered alcohol. Pretty disappointed with my experience ?
Apparently this place has no manager that can talk to customers since you were to busy in a meeting to be interested in what my issues were I will share them here. First greeted by hostess she was fine at that point we were sat at table 53. We waited and waited and waited finally our waitress came and took drink orders she is pleasant and she got our order. Chips and salsa good she delivers my drink forgot lemon's for my iced tea I specifically asked for them. She took good care of us then dinner came. The fajitas were not even lukewarm no sizzle. We flagged her down we explain these are cold her response well I knew they weren't right before I brought them. I thought you were my advocate to make sure dinner was flawless but you knew they were not right and pushed them out the door anyway. The next plate of fajitas was good we get our check and pay. While waiting to be cashed out we observe a hostess seat a family at the wobbliest table in the restaurant. She seats them then goes and gets a stack of napkins to fix said table. As we are leaving my wife asks to speak to a manager. Apparently he is in a meeting and is much to busy to be disturbed. I even said I would call and leave a bad review no reaction no let's make this right. Update I spoke with the manager today and apparently she was not in a meeting just on the line it would of been a couple minutes. The manager was very helpful and will be meeting with staff of protocols. She cared and was very concerned
The food is always amazing…the servers are always attentive, kind and hardworking but most of all the manager has made a huge impact on our family. He heard about our son’s heart transplant years ago while we were dining there and when he sees us he always comes over to check on him. We love that he recognizes, accommodates and acknowledges our son on every visit. We truly appreciate his kindness and will forever encourage others to support this business!
Enjoyed the low key, friendly atmosphere with Great Mexican Food and margaritas
We frequent this location and always have a great time. Combo fajitas for two with hatch green chili and tres leches for dessert. Our server Ruben was amazing and we had everything we needed quickly and accurately can not wait for our next visit
Thoroughly enjoyed Chuy's I highly recommend if you haven't been there you need to go great authentic Mexican food, I had along with my two brothers beef fajitas which were outstanding way more food than the three of us could eat if you haven't been there I suggest you try this place out it's a great place to go on a date or a family dinner

Ordered take out the Chuychanga (chicken) it was awful was so dry inside not much filling. Was not worth the 15.00 . No taste unless you smother it is sauce or sour cream.
