The cashier at the drive trough was very rude and insulting to me. They people that's more professional and not getto working their.
The service wasn't very great . First I was sitting at the drive through window and now one said any thing then I said hello and the person was acting as if she had said hold on I will be with you very rudely.Then I asked for what I needed then pulled around to pay and she was very rude , yelling at me for the money.All I can say is wow.
Omy goodness... The chicken here reminds me of chicken yesteryear when I feel in love with fried chicken without so the grease. Five Stars
It is only take out. The place inside is clean and the chicken taste great. The employees are friendly and very nice. They serve you fast and the presentarion is appealing. They also run specials some days of the week. The only thing i didnt like was the location.
Have eaten in a lot of churches chicken this one was great coming home from the airport stop in was busy but the food was fantastic and the service was over the top wish all fast food places could operate this well the staff was great.
We don’t have a churches chicken in our area so when I get the opportunity to get churches chicken I go for it! However I wish I hadn’t went for it this time. My husband had a meeting to go to in Orlando this weekend and I asked him to pick up some churches chicken on his way home. He stopped at the one on church street. I have never been to that one but I have been to the one on West colonial and the chicken was awesome! This chicken we got from this particular store was absolutely horrible! Half the chicken was over cooked and dried out and burnt in some places when the other pieces didn’t even taste like churches chicken. I don’t know where they went wrong but maybe I picked a bad night to want churches chicken. It seems like they just threw a box of bad chicken together and passed it off to us. We just happen to be at the wrong place at the wrong time I guess
This F&$&ing place isn't worth the star , staff is beyond unprofessional, you have better customer service at a 8 year old lemonade stand. Lady at the counter was eating while taking order, I wish I was making this up, while the manger or shift leader I don't know what the hell he was just standing there not doing a dam thing, unhoused loitering in the parking lot, while other looking thru window waiting to ask you what did you order, this place needs a major remake, fire everyone and rebuild from the ground up. I wish I was making this up, I should of recorded this and sent this into news. I don't see how they even passed health inspection. Probably thru all the dirty and old s$&t in a storage locker and locked the door, pulled a Houdini like telling your kids to clean there room..
Never waste your time, energy, and money going to this place. They always mess up your order. Chicken is hard as rocks, and they are always short on food supplies.
Terrible. Shut this place down. The worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. They don’t care about their customers at all. The manager was the worst employee in the building. I just gave up and left without my food. I’m not waiting an hour for a two piece.
I just left this location that clearly showed that it opened at 10:30 online and on Google maps. I arrived at 10:45, allowing for preparation time as a courtesy. I was parked at the drive through speaker for 10 minutes. No one ever said anything. I attempted a phone call, no one answered. When I drove to window, an employee said, "11:30", "We aren't opening until 11:30". Without even an apology. There were obvious non employees standing in the store just having a random conversation with the employee. I am appalled at the unprofessionalism. The employee could have placed a sign in the drive through or at least given a decent courtesy of letting me know that they were opening late. Do better people! Good grief. There are actually unemployed people that would be grateful for this job that you're taking for granite with these types of shenanigans.
