Worst (amost) dining experience from our trip to Orlando. We got there early (4pm) on a Tuesday to eat before going for the night at Universal Studio.When we entered, the place was almost empty, 4 tables were already seated (bar included). The manager said the wait was about 15min even though 50 tables were available. He just told us to wait in the lobby with another party waiting for a table. We didn't make a fuss about it considering that maybe they didn't have enough staff.Time passed.. tables were waiting, looking around to get attended to, a staff member was messing around in the DJ booth or with the speakers while his tables were waiting, the girl at the front desk was just there, looking at us, and the manager was looking around like if he was waiting himself for something to happen or for someone to take control instead of helping his staff. Like I said before : it was a Tuesday. 4 tables. I don't know how they're able to operate on Fridays or even Saturdays. We left after 30min. The manager was still at the computer looking around and the same table was still clearly looking around for a staff member.There's plenty of good restaurants close to the parks and hotels. Do not waste your time with this one. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
First time eating here. I have to say it is one of the best Chili's locations I have ever been to. The staff here is very polite abd the restaurant is very clean. Went inside to get my food because I was paying with cash so curb side was a no go. I traveled to Lake Buena Vista just for a weekend getaway and I will visit again in a few months. I'll stop by this Chili's location again for dinner when I return.
Been to chili's 2 chili's this week.Only criticism, address the restrooms ? please. They are not dirty or in poor condition but need to smell fresher.NOW THE GOOD PART ? ?Entering the diner was greater with smiles and felt welcommed.I hadCeaser ? salad ? ?Boneless chicken wings with buffalo ? sauce ?Chips and salsa ? ?Old-timer burger with fries ? ? veryFresh tasty ?The desert I think it was mud ? pie ? ?$75 for 3 people including service charge , I think brilliant ? and a fair price.Drinks are refill.This had to be the best burger I have had in Florida in a long time.Clean and tidy diner very friendly staff, always happy to help full of smiles complete focus on your needs.This is a great diner and I will be going again before I go home.? recommended ? ? ❤️ ♥️ ✨️Thanks to all for a great experience
Ordered on 6/18 at around 5:30pm. Curbside order took an hour to be ready. I waited outside in my car for over 40 minutes from when the app said it was ready. Nobody came outside. I went inside to retrieve my order that I had already paid for(and tipped). I waited patiently for an additional 10 minutes at the Togo desk. I saw a bag completed with a receipt with my name on it. I witnessed employees standing around and heard cursing and yelling in the kitchen. Found out later that this was the Togo lady and the male manager. The whole time I was waiting, 3 servers walked passed me and ignored me. I asked if someone could help me, no help came. I asked to speak to the manager, nobody showed up. Another 10 minutes went by, so I decided to grab my bag of ice cold food and watered down drinks(that was already paid for) and leave. As I was doing this, the Togo lady and manager showed up and began to berate me for grabbing my food. This continued for a few minutes. I tried to explain that I had been waiting for almost an hour and my door was dying on the desk. They did not care. They treated me like a thief and insulted me. Absolutely terrible customer service and unprofessional. I filed complaints with the corporate office. I have been a loyal customer with chilis for 20 years. I will not return against and will take my business somewhere else. So rude
The food was good, but service was non-existent. We submitted a to-go order and notified the restaurant when I arrived. It was pre-paid. After waiting 15 minutes, I and others waiting in the to-go spots just went in and got our food. I understand being short staffed or whatever, but it was an unusual experience
This is, by far, the best Chili's I've ever been to. The staff seem like the genuinely enjoy their jobs, and they've mastered quick and quality service. I wish the Chili's near us was as good as this one is!
The food tasted very processed, the shrimp very small, the condiment pots were too small & needed refilling often. For all that the server was very attentive & asked us every few minutes if we were ok. The on table entertainment system kept us distracted from the poor food. 2 for 1 beers were good though.All in all, not nearly as good as it used to be.
Our server was very attentive and friendly. The problem was that one our meals was given to someone else and had to be reordered. By the time it got out to us everyone else was pretty much done eating and the Steak ended up being too chewy to eat.
