Ordered 2 meals to go and one looked like they ran out of food and just gave me some leftovers. I was looking forward to a decent meal after a long day at work but came home to this messy disappointment. Too tired to drive back and too frustrated to eat. Threw the food away and went to bed…

Decided to go on in on a Thursday night and have a nice meal. But that is as far as it go. The floors were dirty with napkins, food and used silverware, lots of tables still had the food from patrons that had already left. That should have been the cue for me to leave but hunger had the final word. So we got to order and none of the starters came out first actually they came out after the meals were served. Fries were old and cold, loaded mash potatoes came out cold, the the rice was cold. We asked politely to have them heated and all we got was the same cold temperature. The bacon on the burger wasn't fully cooked, and the drink was mostly ice and not even to the rim. Sad to say the best part was just the dessert. I won't be going back for a long time since it was a total disappointment. The place looked very understaffed and with very little direction.

The place wasn't even that busy. Waited 20 minutes for a table to be cleaned that was empty before we got there. That was fine. Waited another 30 minutes for our existence to be recognized. It had been an hour now since we ordered and we still don't have our food. 2 hours we have been here! And we finally get our nacho appetizer and this was it...

Food took a while, but it was a Friday night so the place was packed. Servers were all amazing and pleasant. Chicken strips in both the fajitas and pasta look like they're cooked from frozen, but at the prices they offer you can't expect the freshest ingredients. Definitely great for a quick bite when you don't feel like cooking.

I rarely make reviews on restaurants, but felt it was appropriate this time. My daughter and I went to our local Waterford lakes chili’s on Monday. We stood in the lobby 15 mins before anyone even acknowledged or seated us, and 15 mins after seated no one came to our table. There was another couple behind us that had the same experience. I saw a total of two employees the entire 30 mins we were there. We got up and left. The restaurant was very dated and dirty, and run down… there is mold and dust bunnies on the windowsills and under them, and the table was so sticky you could not put your arms down. Sad because we used to love chili’s. ?

Cale here with a friend for my birthday and Freddie was on fire tonight. We felt so bad that he was the only server on deck but he handled his tables like a champ. The 35 minute wait was well worth it. Will definitely be back and hope he is there to make it just as memorable. If this makes it to corporate please recognize this man.

This place has declined. When I first moved here last year around august the food was great. My bf got a steak cooked at “medium” and this is what he got when we get home. We always have to precheck the steak before eating it because this happens way more than we’d like to admit, we end up recooking it at home if it happens because we don’t trust them. Not only is the STEAK raw, the broccoli as well. They undercook their broccoli. It’s like serving you uncooked broccoli straight from the grocery store. Hard, not steamed. I don’t understand how the cooks get away with this as often as they do!

We went here for lunch, and it was pretty busy. It's Sunday so we expected that. A little bit longer of a wait for our food, which was ok. Problem was the food. My girlfriend's steak was way overcooked so we asked for a remake. The second time it was overcooked even more. It was supposed to be medium rare.Upside is the server was awesome. Dahlia is an amazing person. So polite, helpful, and super happy person to be around. And the drinks weren't bad either. And the manager did take off the the steak so that was nice of them. Will give them another chance in the future.

Probably will be out of business soon, if not, they should be....half the restaurant is closed off, I imagine due to lack of employees ( probably due to low pay) and STILL had to wait 15 minutes to be seated even though no one was waiting in front of us.... food is as you would expect, nothing to brag about by any means....drinks taste like they didn`t put any alcohol in them at all......absolutely freezing inside the restaurant, probably to rush the patrons out.....never feels very clean inside either...

Had a great lunch with Claudia the other day, very personable and attentive. We have had her attend to us before and after telling her our order she knew immediately what we wanted and remembered my fiancé and I from a previous time. We truly appreciate her great customer service and timely appearances. I will give the chili’s 5 stars mentally but 4 stars in this review because of the great food, service, & atmosphere, although one person on the chilis team doesn’t seem to understand there is no “i” in team, you can be the best you think you’re but causing havoc amongst your TEAM members should never be tolerated. Brandi made the chili’s friendly experience feel very hostile. Some good dining etiquette can go a long way.
