Chilli's just served me a raw hamburger.... I ordered it medium! Anne the shift manager was rude disrespectful and presented herself to us as the general manager! Try harder Chilli's there's a reason you have 2.5 stars and poor reviews, it has to do with shift Managers like Anne! She was borderline disgusting with her higher than you attitude! TRY HARDER!
We had a delivery from this restaurant and when we received our food, the packaging was awful, the amount of food was almost very little. We called and they said to come over so they can give us a new meal and when we got there, the manager didn't even say hi how are you. He had a scowl on his face and was talking to us in a rude manner. awful customer service!!!!! My mother even called twice to get a refund because door dash is only give us $2.00 back and they left us on hold and the phone "has dropped" both times.
Came here the night before our flight back to Canada. We had the 2 for $25 meal, we got the deep fried pickles, the bacon and chicken quesadilla, a bacon burger and the cheese cake ( not shown in the pictures). We also got the triple dippers... I think they are called that.The triple dippers ... The southwestern eggs rolls are to DIE for, So good!!! The honey chipotle crispers are good too.The bacon and chicken quesadilla was low key bland, didn't really taste like anything and the bacon burger was decent. The fried pickles were good too would recommend those.Overall the service was 10% decent. The restaurant was half empty but we had to wait 20 minutes.... WHAT?! And the service that was there was slow. They need to hire more staff... Other than that decent outing, but would be better if the service was faster and the mains had a lil more flavor. 6.5/10 would recommend
It used to be a nice place to eat but lately they dropped the ball a lot. I am allergic to shrimp and when I ordered the Fajitas of chicken and steak less than one month, they sent me chicken and shrimp. The only thing that I could eat was the beans. My frustration is that it happened twice and the restaurant was almost empty. I cannot understand the mistake. And people over there used to be very friendly and efficient but now, no commitment at all. The restaurant simply don't care if someone will be intoxicated with food. Not coming back in this restaurant anymore and I would recommend another Chili's with the hope to find something better than this one in Semoran.
Mimi is the best server ever and i will definitely come back to see her. 10/10 best chilis experience ever. Chilis was pretty busy and I never wanted for a single thing because she made sure to check on us often. She is super sweet and attentive and drew me a smiley face on my cheesecake. incredible
If I could give this restaurant negative stars I would! We went to this restaurant today at almost 6pm and this restaurant wasn’t even busy, yet we waited 5 minutes for the hostess to come out to tell us we would have to wait 10 min for a table which we did and sat at the bar to have a drink while waiting. While sitting at the bar I was looking around and noticed the air vent had about 3 inches of dust on it, like they haven’t cleaned it in over a year, then when they sat us at the table there was dust everywhere like they haven’t wiped anything down in a really long time. There were tufts of hair on the ledges behind us and food all over the floors and under the tables like they haven’t swept or moped in weeks. This restaurant was so disgustingly dirty I couldn’t even order food, we ended up just paying for our drinks and leaving. As dead as this restaurant was you would think they would spend their time cleaning. If I were you I would stay away from this restaurant because if the area where the customers are is this dirty I can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like. I will never go to this restaurant again!!!! ?
Place was empty but had a 40 min wait because they had no staff. So left. Parking lot full of huge pot holes. Building in need of repairs. Pay your people a good wage and clean up the place. Has really gone down hill over the years. Lots of other nice places to eat around this location. Pass this place on by.
Feb 12 I was eating at chilis on the tables at the bar aérea. I left at 9:12pm. And on the back of the chair I was sitting I left my blue jean blue jacket. That for me is irreplaceable. I call as soon they open the next day. And I ask for the manager. And could not reach him. But I explain about my jacket. It has a sentimental value. And. They said they look. I left the payment on the table. They should notice. About my jacket. And. I want there. I could not talk with the manager after two days. My jacket disappear. No cámaras in the aérea they said. I send a email ti corporate. I will say. Someone that works there took it. I talk with Ed. The manager. Nobody know. Is a very rare jacket. And I am very upset. Be aware. Make sure don’t leave anything. You can’t trust that people. And nobody no ever corporate call me. I only want my jacket. And the waitress shoul knew. I left it.
We had an amazing time at this location! My husband and I came in to watch the NBA All Star Game. Azlin was an amazing server. I recommend a 10star if I could! She was trying her best to connect the audio but it wasn’t working and we understood. For a busy night, she was fast and answered our questions. We also had a really nice guy who would bring out our food and he was extremely nice and welcoming. I also would love to mention the Host. She the first person to greet us and mentioned a time that we would be seated and it was faster than expected. She helped us with the menu.As a new resident to FL, I loved the service and know where I’ll be going often. Thanks Guy!!
Our server, kelly, was also the bartender. When we got there we went and sat at a high top in the bar because there was a 20 minute wait for a table. Keep in mind the restaurant was probably only one third full. I assume that's because of the lack of the ability to hire and keep servers.Either way, Kelly was good and the food was very good.
