This is my second time at this Chili’s. It was easy being seated. I think the food is pricey but good. My waitress did a good job & even had my burger cut for me. I will come back.
Appetizers came out after the food, they gave us plastic utensils for steak, they got our orders wrong and the waitress never checked up on us after we got our food. I had to walk up to the kitchen to get things right. As for the food the margarita chicken has no flavor so make sure to ask for some kind of sauce to compensate for it. As for me im using ketchup since my waitress isn't around. By the time she came we was ready to leave. The salsa for the chips is watered down so pick something else to dip them in. Sorry but I wouldn't be coming back, it would be a waste of money and time for low quality.
I stopped by after work to order everybody dinner (6 entrees)After working a long shift as a server, I spent $60 plus a tip. I get all the way home the food looks pitiful but im missing a burger. I'm tired I had to drive all the way back to West colonial, In the rain To get the Burger and leave my food getting cold, and all I got was I'm sorry. And this is what I paid $14 for the fries are cold and a small amount, I don't even want to go back in cause it's pouring down rain.
The food was fine here. We did the lunch combos and kid meals. There wasn't many waiters working, so we waited about 20 minutes. Within the wait time, we looked over a menu to be ready to order once we were seated. The waiter placed our order and it came out in a timely manner. The restrooms could use a refreshing.
GARBAGE SERVICE!!! Walked in with my wife and brother to no hostess. We had 3 employees “eye us” and walk by without any greeting or acknowledgement. One employee walked by.. went behind the bar.. had a full conversation with us in view with still not even a greeting. I asked the kitchen if we could receive some help as we’ve been waiting with another couple without help. Moments later, a waiter approached and said, “Y’all still ain’t been helped?” I said, “Not yet…” he then grabbed menus and walks away. We follow and my gut just says LEAVE! This service was horrible and we felt awkward the entire time. If you’re operating on tips and customer service, you would think they’d treat their customers better. You would think lol
What my food should have looked like and what I received. The shrimp was barely cooked and cold, broccoli was wilted and cold (beans were warm) All of the toppings were missing off all of my items. This location used to be good but the last three times I went there the food was not good at all and the bathrooms had a sewer smell & water all over the floor (all three times). I won't be back.
Other than the fact that the server assigned to our table was expecting someone else to deliver our bread, and then our drinks, and then asked us why we didn't have those items?The food was good.Ambiance as expected.Service?Not sure they deserved the 15% we left them.
Everything was just ok. The server was extremely busy and kept forgetting items. The brisket quesadilla was a complete waste. Barely any meat on it just mostly tortilla.
Horrible customer service! I have called more than 5 times about a curbside order and no one even answers the phone. I was then finally able to get through to someone and they just hung up without saying a word. I recommend NOT coming to this location Winter Garden is the best. Stay away from here. Some of the workers are just so unprofessional.
Use to love this place but now it's too sad to go and see how hard the workers have to work to keep everything going. Kuddos to those that are there, they should be applauded they definitely are friendly but waiting an hour to have your food brought out is too much.
