The food at this chili's was good except the fries they where abit cold. Service was good. Drinks and refills came out fast.
I started out with the guacamole and chips & then I had the 10 ounce sirloin steak with broccoli & asparagus and the steak was perfectly cooked medium well. It was a great meal! Plus my server was amazing! He's a no nonsense kinda guy that takes care of his customers. Very nice & polite & very attentive.
Ordered To-Go around 10pm. The girl was very helpful, as this was my first time ordering to-go. I got dry rub ribs, fries, loaded potatoes. Soooooo delicious!
It was average. Had a bad experience because of a child puking next to us. Didn't feel like eating afterward but took my food home and enjoyed there.Restaurant should've moved us away from the puke area. Yes they had tables elsewhere. When asked to move was told that those tables weren't open yet. When asked if we could go to the bar was told that our food was going to our table....While the situation was not their fault they could've made us feel better than: you are where you are
OMG!!! Will someone make Tracy T a manager already!!! She was soooo amazing. It was definitely a busy night and she kept things running smoothly. I had to take the time to tell her how much she was appreciated. We went to another location and they were packed. She made it seem like night and day!! The wait staff I understand was new. And she managed the heck out of that team and everyone seemed very positive in their attitudes with such a crowded lobby. Our waitress gave many compliments to Tracy informing us that she is usually that nice. I mean, this is unheard of in many establishments. But Tracy was very cordial and down to earth. My husband, my two girls, and I really enjoyed ourselves. Now I know the manager was out on vacation or something, but Tracy definitely needs a spot!! She needs a raise or something. She's a great asset to this establishment. I hope someone else gives her the flowers she needs. She made all the customers that I could see very happy. We came all the way from Dallas and would definitely come back to the location. Our rough night was made better x 100!! Thanks again Tracy!! And you're right, no one should be unsatisfied.
This was the absolute worst Chili's I have ever been to. As a whole I like Chili's a lot. Probably too much. So I know how their food is supposed to be. I ordered the chicken crispers and they came out with no batter and very very tough. I told the waiter that they aren't right. They agreed and made me another batch. The next batch came out the same way. They offered me something else at that point but the rest of my party's food was already almost gone and I didn't want them to have to wait on something new. I was still charged full price for the meal and was not offered a discount.
Chilli’s is one of those places were you take your family for a great evening dinner. We love coming here and we also love their ribs and cocktails. We always have a good time when we come here, strongly recommend.
Food was delicious ? and the service was super great ? especially a big thanks to Justin ☺️ he took really good care of my family and I for dinner tonight 03/13/22 a party of 11. He was great. I would recommend this Chili's ❤️
Yes I went to go eat at the chili’s at Orlando fl on sand lake next the Florida mall with my mother, we sat down and we seen a big group of military group of 25/30 people so the waitress Tracy says you guys need hurry up and order we literally just sat down ,, just by the comment seemed like she was mostly concern more with the big group instead of us and we got our food then all sudden I see a Cockroach walking on my food moving around the table so I lost my appetite I wasnt even half way through my food so I ask to speak to The manager ,before the manger came I took pictures and videos of cockroach just in case they didn’t believe me so the manager Chris came I told him about the cockroach and he didn’t believe me…I showed him the picture I had, he still had that doubt on face the next thing you know the cockroach still walking around the table and on the food the manger Finally sees the cockroach that’s stillOn table … the manager then apologized and says they come from outside like it’s ok to be on my table on my food so I told him I don’t want anymore food he gave me a couple $5 cards and my was meal free when I really couldn’t eat my food I felt … that’s wasn’t enough and fact I kept my cool And didn’t go in …they caught me in a good day…
Julio the bartender was great! He took good care of my husband and I with awesome strawberry and raspberry margaritas.
