The picture doesn't do it justice, but it was delicious. When we got there, the line was out the door. I believe the manager was working the counter, which is good to see on a busy night. I like an establishment where the manager is willing to pitch in and not just stand around watching everyone struggle. The heat levels are explained nicely on the menu board, so I was able to pick something that was hot but not too hot. The flavor is great and goes well with the addition of the pickles. One of my pet peeves is when hot chicken just has pickles added as if it's something you have to do, but the flavors don't compliment each other. The tenders were a good size and I couldn't even make it to the coleslaw that came with the meal. Definitely will be coming back to this place whenever we're in the area.
The chicken was Bomb we loved the seasoning, It definitely had flavor! Also the guy working in the front had the best Customer service he was very nice and informative. We wanted to go back so bad but we were too far from the location. I can't wait to return and visit again, Keep up the great work!
So I live in Alaska and am visiting Orlando Fla. I saw this place and went in. And boy am I glad I did. Absolutely killer food, hot chicken isn't easy to do well. This place is fantastic. Get your visit in because pretty soon you won't be able to due to it's popularity no doubt. Go with the hot if you like spice. I'll be back for the extra hot. You won't be disappointed. Well done sir, well done.
Literally drove 1:15 minutes from Ocala just to try this place after we saw a video about it on Tik Tok, and let me tell you we (party of 5) loved everything we had. The fries are amazing as they have some sprinkled seasoning that I wish they would bottle. The chicken tenders are huge, we ordered extras as we didn’t think their two tender meal would fill us up but they are the size of chicken breasts so we were wrong and quick full with the portions and didn’t need the extra tenders to fill us up. The staff were all pleasant and welcoming, so they just got themselves forever customers who will most definitely be back and spreading the word about their amazing place with food you cant get enough of.
The food was decent but not worth the hype. The tenders themselves were juicy and not tough like some places but other than the soulful, the spicier heats don’t taste like much unless you dip it in alot of sauce. Both the chicken and fries are coated in this sugar mixture and it’s a little odd in flavor/texture. Coleslaw was bland. The kiosks are a nice touch and it’s all cashless.
I was on vacation and noticed this restaurant on my tiktok fyp. It appeared to be quite good in the videos, so I decided to give it a try. When you enter, you place your order on a tablet and are redirected to the outside. On that day, a homeless man brought a knife into the restaurant, and one of the employee kept everyone calm by locking the door until the police arrived. The employee was extremely friendly, and whenever a customer left, he would say goodbye to them by saying their name. Now, let us discuss the food. Even though I ordered mild, the food was a little spicy for me. The sandwich is comparable to those sold at Popeye's. I would definitely return.
It’s spicy! Beware of the heat! Mild was good for me. Fast and casual place where everything is made fresh. Staff is super chill and friendly and the chicken is outta this world. Definitely stop and check it out!
Got takeout and the wait wasn't long. The portion was a good size for the price and I thought I could handle the medium heat hot box, but that was a mistake for my first time. The combo of spicy heat and how hot the chicken was took me for a loop so beware. Otherwise, the chicken was seasoned perfectly and was extremely tender. The fries and coleslaw was good and I poured their sauce on everything. Delicious.
Absolutely favorite place for chicken tenders in Orlando. The quality is amazing! They pay attention to detail when preparing your food as well as it’s almost always hot & fresh. Hot Box is definitely recommended! And start with a lower heat flavor first (mild or medium) opposed to (Hot). That way you can see what you’d like to get next time. Overall, fantastic restaurant. Thank you for a great experience every time!
Few places are able to properly fry chicken, but Chicken Fire IS one of them. The slaw and crinkle fries were perfect. I recommend calling in, as the wait can be long.
