This seems to be one of the poorer run Chick-fil-A. They have a love of young staff and what appear to be young managers that seem to be more concerned with being friends than running a clean and quick serving establishment. I think every time I've dined in to allow the kids to play in the playground, I'm subjected to loud, obnoxious staff on break at one or more of the 4 tables with signs that say they are reserves for team members. Tonight I waited a solid 20 minutes for our meal because of the "strips" we ordered. While i patiently waited, and the kids played, the staff next to us on break were listening toloud music on their phone, having loud conversations, and then left a huge mess. I assumed it would get cleaned up the several times that manager looking people walked by, but the mess persisted there and at several other messy unoccupied tables until just before we left when the only adult looking team member, Milagros, cleaned upall of the messes including her Coworker's mess. She seemed to be the only person who cared about the way the place looked. A family member of mine actually drives to the location on Semoran even though this one is a lot closer.
The food is very reliable and consistent. I usually get the chicken tenders which are always moist and crisp. I also highly recommend their mocha cold brew, apparently it’s a seasonal item so it’s not on the menu or on the app but they’ll make it if you order it which is just one example of their incredible customer service. Their fries are also hot, fresh, and nicely salted. The location overall is very clean. Very good customer service!!!
They’re consistently messing up our Uber Eats orders. This time they left out the hash browns completely that we paid for. Every time I call the store it rings and then hangs up.
My lunch break was spend waiting in line and waiting for my food. Over 20 people behind the counter. But only one register. My fries few waffle on top and bottom was crumbs.
The food was fresh. The chicken sandwich was so good I didn't add the sauce. I didn't get to enjoy the the drink because I dropped the lemonaide when I reached home but what I tasted was really good.
I to give a shoutout to Team Member Allie. I just ordered there 5 minutes ago. She was super sweet and really cares about the customers. Chick-ful-a food is amazing! I would 100% recommend this!
Got to drive through, where they were only using one lane vs the two that they have. Placed a mobile order while I was waiting in line to make it quicker so when I get to the window I can grab and go. While in line I got an alert that my mobile order was ready for pick up. It took 35min to get to the window. Once at the window I gave my name and behold my order wasn't ready, the manager at the window stated that my order must have gotten lost in the system, to pull in a parking spot they'll have to remake the order. How do I get an alert stating my order is ready while I'm in there one line... No my order was given away to someone else...they can go kick rocks with that excuse. So last waited in a parking spot for an additional 15min till they finally brought my food. so a total of 50min it took to get my order... Chick-fil-A is supposed to be known for there service... .lol..joke what service. Horrible experience, service sucked, and operationally broken.. I will not be going back EVER !!
the chicken came out fresh and very crispy and the drive-thru line move like a well old machine smooth and efficient good job ladies and gentlemen!
Spicy Deluxe is delicious.
Clean location, but expect long wait times, and service is not always consistent, but decent, I would visit again!
