I have to say, I’m a bit grossed out with the undercooked, almost raw bacon, that was placed on my salad. I’m a fan of this salad and have never been served this way. It’s rubbery and grey in color. Discarded the salad. You have to be careful with products such as pork.
The service at this location has gotten worse in the past few months. I noticed the quality of employees has diminished and we’ve had such issues as wrong or missing items in our order to repeating our order at the drive-thru because the employee was preoccupied with his conversation with another employee.Today I spent 25 minutes in the drive thru before I could place my order. We’ve never had that issue at any other location.
This Orlando chick fil a was not busy at all. Service was quick and meals were correct. I rarely have anything negative to say about this restaurant because they always deliver great food, and great service. Their prices are evenly w competitors.
This has got to be the worse Chick-fil-A around. Been there 3 time and the food was never fresh and items are MIA. I think it should be closed up or get a WHOLE NEW STAFF
They have gotten better but this is still one of the worst Chick-fil-a’s I have ever visited. I love Chick-fil-a’s. To bad this is the one by my house. At this Chick-fil-a ALWAYS check your order! It seems when I forget to check at this one, I get burned. After you get burned you have to come back and practically beg for your money back, they make it very inconvenient after they screw up.
Everytime i come the staff is always friendly accomodating and nobody is snarky like other ff restaurants.Thank you for the great experience! Its much appreciated to know we have a nice place to grab a quick meal/breakfast from without the attitude :)
Outrageously friendly staff! Order was more than correct… I always worry a little on accuracy whenever I get that bag passed to me through the window. Never had a problem at Chick-fil-A.
Me and my granddaughter went to this chick FIL a and we pulled up to the drive thru and the person who took our order was Sebastian and he was very polite, very kind, and patient he took our orders without a problem even with his speech disorder. The food could not have been better 10/10 for this chick FIL a.

Bought 3 kids meals and only got 2 chickens. Not good for the 3rd child. 3 stars because the service outside was superior!
