Why is it every kid who works here is twice as attentive and friendly as any adult-aged manager? Lord help you if need to go to the counter to ask for a cup of sauce or anything, because while the kids are the registers bust-hump, managers will look at you, and just pass you by if you don't tell them to immediately help you. (I know they're busy all the time, but lead by example guys!)

My wife came inside on her lunch break and ordered a salad and fries at the counter. Waited 10 minutes and no one called her name. She went back to the register and asked where her order was, and they said it was never paid for and she had to make a new transaction. She pays and waits again. Employees were extremely rude and told her you didn’t get your food because the guy at the register was new. Definitely not up to chick fil a standards.
Went on 05/09 around 7:30 pm , order under the name of Pablo for a chicken wrap and chicken nuggets meal. We order guacamole ranch and chick-fil- a sauce, the guy who input the order did ready back to me correctly including the sauces; however the guys at the window missed both of the sauce. To much talking , instead of be checking the orders , too bad your dropping the ball on your quality service.
I have liked Chick-Fil-A for awhile and they are one of the only places that is consistently good no matter where you are getting it. Great for kids too. Of course I always want it on Sunday when I can't have it. I love their breakfast too. Unfortunately they no longer carry a spicy chicken biscuit for breakfast which was a go to for me for awhile. Seriously try some different items and I bet you will not be disappointed.
the children giving the food outside the window at 9:24pm on 3/30/22 were too busy talking about whether they would prefer to have a dodge charger or challenger and wouldn’t hand me my food, then handed it to me without so much as a word or glance in my direction. the whole time i’m waiting im watching the little girl with the braces peel straws and toss the wrappers on the floor. i can handle being ignored by some kids but teach your employees not to be wasteful.
The food is great, the accuracy of the food is very good, and the customer service is akways the best, the drive through is always full but moves quickly. On the dine in area tye host is very attentive and pays attention to details, connects with customers and has tge place spot clean, on the outside at the drive through the employees are great patient and helpful at taking your meal orders and did i mention polite and friendly... i mean what else can you ask for... thank you chick-fil-a

They made it very difficult to get into the drive through, I had to enter the do not enter. My grilled chicken sandwich was soggy and the chicken was slimy, so I didn't eat it because I was afraid it would make me sick. I doubt I will ever go back to Chick-fil-A. They used to be good, but I guess the crew they have now doesn't care if the food is good or not. I wasted my money going there for me and my two granddaughters that also could not eat their chicken nuggets or the chicken sandwich they got because the chicken was raw in the center. Totally disappointed in Chick-fil-A.
This one always has really long lines, but the staff works well to get everyone through quickly. Very efficient.Love the nuggets, Chick-fil-A sauce, and tortilla soup!!
