drive thru line blocks one complete side of parking from backing up with out being let put.The line was super fast, and had two people taking orders. Good job moving the line at high noon.
I ordered chicken nuggets at this location and as I was enjoying my nuggets I see a strand of blonde hair on my nugget. I went it to express my concerns to an employee and the young lady laughed in my face. I took a look around and there were two employees with blond hair(none had on a hair net) . I asked another employee do you all wear hair nets, he told me yes. I looked in the kitchen and no one had on a hair net. They didn’t seem apologetic at all which was quite upsetting.
Worst customer service experience on a Chick-fil-A. Instead of working with the client and ensure he got what he was looking for, the manager decided that it was more important for her to be correct than make the customer happy. So sad to see the other employees trying to do whats correct but manager did not let them. The service was provided June 18, 2022 at 7:00am.
The staff at this location is terrible! We came with 8 hungry kids after a day at the water park - we triple checked the accuracy of the order with the cashier - waited patiently and…..everything came out wrong. We narrowed it down do two missing fries which the manager rudely insisted we didn’t pay for - we did, as per the cashier. Because the kids already started eating we asked for her to just please ring us up again for the missing fries - she smirked and said join the line which was now 10 people long as my kids sat watching their food get cold. By far the WORST Chik Fil A I’ve ever been to. For Customer service should be zero stars if i could.
Very friendly staff. Quick service. Everything was as expected. Clean seating area. Clean outside too.Some places in Orlando have so much trash outside I don't even want to go into the establishment.
Hey its Chic fi la.....it never disappoints!However on this visit. The young lady that was taking our order was new, she had only been there less than a week. I'm guess this person came out to reprimand her in the middle of taking our order. The young lady was moving from car to car, but was being accused of taking orders not in sequence....which was kinda impossible to do. The person was accusing her of going into the parking lot taking orders from cars not in the line. No...she was not because we were watching her as she made her way to our car. This was very jarring to see this Mgr reprimand this young lady new on the job....not very "my pleasure"....kinda upsetting. After being scowled the young lady came back to complete our order.....of course she was frazzled. She completed out order with a smile. By the time we got our order, pulled to the side to distribute the food to everyone in the car - we saw someone I'm guessing was mgr/crew lead come out and take her safety jacket and order pad.Very disturbing....not a happy place today??The food was great. But the experience was NOT pleasant! That's sad ?!
one of my favorite fast-food chains and this location in Dr. Phillips is my favorite! there’s indoor seating, the classic indoor playground, curbside pick-up, and a drive-through lane. everything is so clean and efficiently-run. the staff is super polite and friendly, as you’d expect from the brand. the food is always great, breakfast or lunch/dinner.
Love this place! The only fast food spot I hit up! I gave four stars because almost always I crave this place on Sundays! Pls open on SUNDAYS! Also download the app! Its sooo much easier to pay and rewards are dope!!!
This was our first time at any Chic fil a and we both understand why they are popular. The waffle fries were fresh and both sandwiches were tasty. I had the spicy which for me needed extra heat but they had Texas Pete hot sauce at the side. Will definitely be back.
We went here for lunch on our Universal trip. The drive thru line is outrageous but the inside was not too bad at all. It’s right next to Drury inn. The food was good but the kids chicken nuggets looked burnt and very small. My son did not want it. The Cobb salad and chicken deluxe sandwiches were good. The lettuce was crispy which I love.
