Even though Rick Rapson took our order, our server Marisabel was the one that saved the day with her amazing costumer service, we wanted to buy a avocado lime ranch and Rick We can’t buy it but Marisabel was so awesome that made that happen for us, people like her area the ones that make the day, keep up the good work

I was in line at the drive through for over 10minutes and as the car infront of me is pulling away from where we place our order and worker comes to change the breakfast menu to lunch. I try to place my order for a biscuit sandwich and they deny my order saying they were in lunch. (The time was now 10:30) I explained to the lady that I was in line already for a long time and if they had serviced the behicles infront of my faster or had people outside taking orders on their tablets they would have taken my order well before 10:30. The woman even agreed with me that I was in line during breakfast time but that since they were no longer in breakfast they were forcing me to order lunch instead. I asked to speak to a manager because the lady at the drive through was being rude to me and didnt care that if I was there during breakfast I still wasnt allowed to order breakfast. I talked to the manager and he told me they were all out of breakfast to which I responded if you are all out of breakfast why didnt the lady who I was speaking to tell me that at the window. Why not have an employee go out to the drive through and tell the other customers waiting in line for breakfast like me before reaching where we place our order. This was just an excuse that the manager was telling and he did not offer any solution because ( they were out of breakfast food) Which I know was a lie and I dont appreciate having to wait a long time to order my food and because they are taking too long to give everyone their orders and not have employees helping take orders outiside I was left without eating anything. Very unprofessional since I was there during breakfast hours and was denied food that I was waiting for. Thank you for being considerate and letting customers know“ you were out of breakfast”

Good overall experience. Good hot food. Not much of a wait, just a few min to order. Would be a 5 star but I dined in and the tables and seats were very messy. They had a lot of people working but nobody wiping down tables with food left on them.

I have been going to Chick-fil-A for years and never had an issue until now. I placed an order at the drive through for a grilled chicken sandwich plain and my husband ordered an original chicken sandwich meal. They brought our food while we were still in line and I saw that mine was not grilled chicken. I let them know and the girl apologized, and asked for the bag. They then proceeded to speak to each other as if we were at fault. They then told us that if we wanted grilled chicken that the we would have to pay an additional $1.75 because there was a price difference. Come on Chick-Fil-A. Terrible customer relations.

Everything was fresh and sauces were good. I liked it and will go back again.

Hey it's never bad. Even super crowded they handle the flow. I would love more freebies. Even non food items like stickers or pens. Goes great with their my pleasure smile

Ive never left a review in my life but manager Miles is the rudest person I have ever spoke to at a chick-fil-a. I ordered a Cobb salad through door dash you guys forgot my dressing so I had to leave my job after talking with door dash to get it myself. At this point my salad has been sitting out for about two hours and the cheese has melted so I brought it back and asked for a new one. He told me it was not possible and I could only get the dressing even though the salad had never been touched. He didn't care what I had to say and blamed it on door dash even though they aren't the ones who forgot to give me dressing. I never got her name but the sweet manager outside with a boot asked for my name I explained to her I didn't have an order explained the situation and that I was only allowed to get dressing. I showed her the unopened salad and got me a new one. Miles was terrible to me and rude and lied since it was obviously possible since she did it for me. I will never go back to the place just because of him I've never had an experience of being so talked down to by anyone at any Chick fil until Miles he gave me the worst experience. Thank you so much to the girl in the boot I really appreciate you and if you aren't higher up than Miles you should be because she actually cares.

Just had a Drive Thru experience that reminded me of this location back in the day, when it was on the trail.When it moved to Sand Lake, it stepped up to other locations standards in Orlando, years later back to Old Ways.I understand we need to have a pleasant work environment, but can you take my order then play with your coworkers ?I understand this is fast food, but if we get the order right the first time we don't have to repeat and correct it again at the window, this would only assure we are trying to keep it Fast.

Absolutely the worst Chick-Fil-A customer service ever!!!! And food wasn’t hot! Very slow service!!

I try to avoid this CFA at all costs because this location in particular always has issues. Either they charge you for something you ordered and didn’t give it to you and you don’t realize it til you get home or they completely mess up your order. I will never come back to this location ever again seeing as Melissa completely messed up my order. The team was scrambling in a hot mess and the lead looked completely fed up/irritated. Get it together.
