I enjoy eating at Chick-fil-A. The chicken is always moist and the waffle fries are my favorite kind of fries with just the right amount of crunch. The location near Orlando was pumping. They were smashed with the amount of people they were servicing, but managed to keep up and still provide great customer service. The app is not too good. I tried to add my points, but denied.
So you know I’m from the home of the original Chick-fil-A. ?? but I haven’t been there in years as I don’t eat meat anymore, but to my surprise the service was incredibly quicker than I have ever seen at any other fast food place in life… The employees work so hard in this hot ☀️. I hope you guys are hydrating and paying them well. They walk all the way to your cars no more just window waiting it’s just quick and great service. Kudos to the all the staff that were there the day that I visited. 6/17 at 3:30pm. I got a salad, and I cannot wait to add my meatless meats to it it’s gonna be delicious.
I went here about 10 minutes before closing and it was busy! Even under pressure, the service of this location is top-notch. The young people working the drive thru are genuinely kind, professional and caring. This is so important for a location that serves such a diverse group of customers from all over the world because they are just outside the MCO airport. There was an issue with the item I ordered. I submitted a complaint online and was quickly contacted by the owner/operator to fix the issue. I personally know other local owner operators who do not do this, so I was very impressed and grateful for the correspondence. As an app designer, I do wish the corporate office would improve their design so that complaints are not limited to issues of service or provide a better selection of categories to depict and track customer concerns.
This location likes to give you not only the wrong items, but manages to serve them with a side of food poisoning as well and then fails to address both when it was brought up to them. Management here is a sad excuse for Chick Fil A management.
Great customer services. The location is very clean. I really enjoyed my experience there and my favorite chicken sandwich with lemonade. I love it.

We went to the Chick-fil-A on Semaron Blvd in Orlando, Florida and we had the most incredible service!! We had to place a large drive thru order on the Chick-fil-A app (9 orders!) and it was ready in under 10 minutes. The staff was super efficient and friendly. And our order was perfect!! Love Chick-fil-A, their workers, and their app! ????

For being close to the airport this Chick-fil-A had their timing and customer service on point. I paid for 2 custom Chicken Sandwich meals and it wasn't accurate. Maybe their speed caused the mistake but overall good service. My babies order was fresh and tasty so we was out after the strawberry lemonade. Thank you for honoring Military Discount.
