This is probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a chic-fil-a. Came in around 9 am and was greeted and taken care of by Jeremy. Very upbeat, personal, and funny. Definitely the best service i’ve ever received, thank you for starting my morning off right.
Waited for 15 minutes after I ordered because they were "waiting for sausage" for my burrito. Got my burrito and it's not even warm. Cheese isn't melted. Worst Chick-fil-A experience in a long time
Nika was so warm, efficient, and a true ray of sunshine! Her lane was the fastest and she was so personable, knowledgable of the menu, and warm hearted. We are still in line waiting for our nugget tray but couldn’t resist leaving a review while we wait! You are so lucky to have her! What a delight!
I just wanna give a shout out to Idalys! I was having a very rough morning and Idalys made it a lot better. She was patient with me and so kind. I misplaced my card, but didn't realize it until I had already ordered my food. She was sweet enough to pay for my order! I'll never forget that. I brought my dogs with me too and she offered to give them treats. It's the little things like this that make a customer's experience better. This is why I LOVE Chick-fil-a. ♡ Thank you so much girly!
The food is always constant so we always get pretty good chicken but this particular restaurant wasn’t as clean as other ones. Very packed with half broken and damaged furnitureBut hey it was good for one time visit
Worst chick-fil-A in orlando!! Unless you want to wait 20-30 minutes for fast food for drive-thru or mobile order go else where. They also don’t offer curbside which I find to be so ridiculous.
I'm pretty sure Jeremy is the nicest man on the planet. He has great customer service skills. The store itself gets a little busy and orders can be a little slow to come out, but I always receive great customer service.
First time ever with any issues, but the quality of service at this Chick-fil-A and the food unexpected. I purchased chicken strips 3 pieces wait until you see the picture not Chick-fil-A quality at all. I was so sad because you guys are known for being in the best atmosphere and attitude , and the chicken is as my friends say from Heaven. I was in drive thru for almost 20 min. Hope you guys take this as constructive criticism and fix it.
This is the worst Chick Fil A in the Orlando Metro area. They are slower than most other locations, and they frequently get the order wrong. I really hope they can fix their internal issues sooner than later.My wife and I are about to eat some really, really dry salads. And we can’t even go back to get dressing because they’re closed. Thanks, guys! If I had an extra hand, I’d give you three thumbs down.
Terrible experience. Placed a mobile, everyone was friendly, picked it up on my lunch break. Went to go eat and realized they gave me the incorrect sandwich. Called the store, was left on hold for 10 minutes so I go back to the store and get pushback "do you have the right store" before finally getting a refund. Waste of a lunch break.
