Long post warning. It pains me to write this review about a chain that I love and have dined at for about 30 years, but we just had an absolutely horrible experience at the Lake Buena Vista location on Saturday night. There were several different mistakes with my order which I will detail below, but the thing that shocked me was how they attempted to resolve the issue. It was about 930 pm on Saturday night and not surprisingly they were still fairly busy. We go through the drive thru lane and place our order. Like many locations they take your order long before you actually get to the menu boards. We order a Chick-Fil-a sandwich and large fries. The employee helping us (who turns out to be on the management team) asks if we wanted a drink. We replied NO, just the sandwich and fries, we did NOT want the combo. The same thing happened with our order of 3 piece strips. We did order one combo and a kids meal in addition. We also asked for a large Mac n cheese, the family size. She says OK and adds it to the order. The total seemed a little high, but I thought it's Chick Fila, maybe prices are a bit higher at this location so close to Disney. After waiting some time for them to deliver the order in the waiting area, they bring us a bag of food and said, here is your food. I ask to confirm that is was everything and they reply yes. At this point it is almost 10 pm and we head back to our accomodations in Kissimmee. We were on a staycation. My son has actually worked all day and drove down(45 minutes) from East Orlando to meet with us for some time at Disney Springs and have dinner together. He needed to head back home for work afterwards. With Saturday night park traffic it takes us about 15 to 20 minutes to get back to our place. We sit down and begin to unpack our bag. One of the sandwiches is missing, plus we only got a medium Mac n cheese. Definitely not big enough to share with 4 people. I eventually find a copy of the receipt buried on the bottom of the bag. I call the number on the receipt and listen to the voice prompts. One of the first options says if you have a problem with your order to call customer care at some 866 number. So I do that and am on a long holdtime. While on hold I notice that they did indeed charge me for the two meals and just wrote NO DRINK on the order, so I was charged for the meals. It also indicated only a MED Mac n cheese. On another line I call the restaurant back and find out that there is an option to speak with someone at the restaurant so I choose this option. After a few minutes I am finally speaking to an employee. When I got her name at the conclusion of the call I find out she was the person who had taken our order. She said she was part of the management team. I explain the situation and here is what made me really upset. She asked me what I wanted and I said quite frankly I would like the whole ordered efunded. Her original offer was only to refund the missing sandwich. I said well you need to also refund me for the drinks that we were charged for and did not get or order. She also informs me that this location does not have the large Mac n cheese. I said that would have been nice to know when we placed the order, as we would have ordered more food. Now we are down the family size Mac n cheese and a sandwich. Our family dinner is ruined as we don't have enough food to feed everyone, plus now it is about 1015pm. She says the only way for her to give me a refund is for me to drive back to the restaurant with all the food, that is their policy. I said well that is not really good enough. It is a 15 to 20 minutes drive back to the restaurant and then another 15 to 20 minutes back. It would be 11 pm before we could eat and that I could not do that. I said I would be more than happy to return the food if they would come pick it up. Of course they refused. Note it was late Saturday night and they are closed on Sundays. We were checking out of our accomodations Sunday morning, so I couldn't stop way on my way back home either. Again she refused to do anything but refund me

Super slow drive thru. I watched one employee almost get hit by a car because they weren’t paying attention and another not even wearing the safety reflective gear. This Chick-fil-A needs to get it together.

I was visiting from out of town, and, of course, my trip would not have been complete without a visit to my favorite fast food place, Chick-fil-A. I used the drive through window. They were efficient and quick. The chicken strips were a little dry, but I enjoyed it anyway. The frosted lemonade and waffle fries are my favorite. I recommend this location.

Ordered a lot of food here, which was a little slow to come out but we did have a 6 member family order so it's understandable.The chicken all around was great and the fruit cup tasted freshly cut which was nice instead of refrigerated.Thank you.#goodexperience

We were staying across the road and so ended up using this place a number of times. We don’t have this chain in England so it’s always a novelty coming here and we much prefer their chicken over KFC. Always a quick and efficient service bar one breakfast where they didn’t put all our order and paid for items in and we were well on our way to Disney to do anything about it so check your order.

Very busy location, but service is good and food quality is great.

Excellent service and quality food. Only issue is the drive through and lack of curbside pickup. Horrible location to get in and out of with very long lines that wrap around the building. Even if you order ahead on the app, you still have to wait in the drive through line. This location really needs to be moved elsewhere with more room.

Chicken sandwich was small. Tasted like rubber. I was sick for a couple hours after. Had to throw the sandwich away. Service was good. The people were kind.

Stopped here to get some food before leaving for the airport to return home. In order to avoid people we choose to use the drive thru. Drove round and round a man standing there taking orders. Luckily I had already looked online to see what they had otherwise it would have been very annoying as the man was literally standing in front of the sign asking what we wanted. Not sure how they expect new customers to know that they can order ID they are unable to even see the menu! Also a bit annoying that we saw a sign outside while driving in to advertise the peppermint milkshake. But when we ordered it were told it was a Christmas special and they weren't doing it anymore. So take the sign down then! (And also remove it from your website which also implies you're still selling it) However, the food came out quickly and was piping hot. Very very nice chicken burger with a perfectly cooked juicy piece of chicken. My frosted coffee was really really nice. Like a Starbucks Frappucino but way better! And my wife really enjoyed her cookies and cream milkshake. Prices are good especially for the food quality. More than happy to eat here (or any of their other locations) again when we're back in the US.

Their service was perfect! Everything ordered was received. Great job! We ordered five meals. All delicious!
