Now the campus has 2 chicfila and wait times have improved.This is a restaurant within the UCF and it is always busy. about a 10 minute wait in line 5 for the food. Overall great service.
Convenient, good chicken sandwiches, and their biscuit&chicken is the best, cheap too
Good spicy chicken, got me to eat and like pickles. Wait is super long to the the register and to actually get your food; not good place if you’re rushing before class. Messy store.

I understand that its college students working, but there’s no excuse as to why I’m waiting over 20 minutes straight with no one updating me on my order. There was a wait on chicken and no one bothered to let the group of people waiting for their food know. If i knew there was gonna be a close to 25 min wait, I would’ve ordered something else. Students have class to go to most of the time. Better customer service maybe?
Lower end as far as chik fil a goes but it's on UCF campus so... Yeah
Slowest service I have ever encountered in a fast food place. 3 people in line in front of me when I entered, 15 minutes later I left with my order...a chocolate shake. During my wait, I counted 9 people "working" behind the counter... Oh yeah, the cashier also short changed me 25 cents but I let it pass since pointing out the mistake would slow down the process even more.
The service was exceptional despite being at peak dining hours. Went with a few friends and everyone’s order was taken quickly and there were no errors when we received our food
