French style cuisine with the family, completely blown away with this place. Starters were escargot and French onion soup. Entrees were braised beef which I rate A++ and steak. I would highly recommend.
This restaurant was the one we selected to dine during our visit to EPCOT. It was not particularly difficult to book, and we found it convenient to eat before the Fireworks show at the park. But in fact our first choice was the Rose & Crown fireworks dinner which we could not book. We found the food very good in general. My Onion soup was rich, not salty, and abundant. My wife opted for the Ratatouille, my niece and I ordered Chicken Salads. It was a real surprise to find out how rich and large they were, in essence a whole meal. Unfortunately we did not have room for dessert, but we could observe that the Cream Brule looked delicious. The service we received was fairly good. Our waiter even asked the barman to prepare some "Shirley Temple" cocktails for us which apparently are not in their list. These were very refreshing and we even got free refills. As expected, the ambience was pleasant, if a little noisy. In all, it was a good meal in a distinctive restaurant. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the park.
Very bad service, very bad food, we had difficulty to digest. We have been eaten before but here I do not know what happened, we do not recommend this restaurant, that's for sure.
We dined on a Sunday late afternoon. We had a reservation and only waited 5 minutes for our table. Nice atmosphere and attentive service. We had soup, salad and steak. The only negative was a very limited menu. 5 appetizers, 5 entrees and 3 desserts . Still recommendable.
This was a fantastic restaurant. The dinner special for the 65.95 in the center of the menu I thought was a relatively decent deal. You have to choose an appetizer, an entree, a desert, and a glass of wine. The escargot was very good, the beouf bourguignon was magnificent. For dessert was the creme brulee which was very good. The two choices of wine with that special offered were on the dry side which I was just not into. The French onion soup was great. I highly recommend this restaurant.
We visited to celebrate our 16th anniversary. The food was fantastic, and our server was terrific and extremely helpful. I speak french, so that was fun having a conversation with the server as she seemed surprised by how fluent I was. We ordered a bottle of Champaign because why not, and the server timed the courses perfectly. Our only complaint was while everything is illuminated at night, which looks beautiful, for some reason, the outside area in front of our table's window became a makeshift scooter parking zone throughout our meal. We had, and we counted eight people sitting on their scooters watching us eat our dinner. One almost had his face pressed against the glass. It got so bad the server even asked if we wanted to move tables. I can now say I know how a fish in a fishbowl feels. The whole end of the meal was bizarre.
Avoid if you’ve been to France or ever been to a decent French bistro. Waitress was nice, and the wine was good; however, with the exception of the escargot, the food was not authentic, and it was like bad banquet food. Definitely not worth the money. If you go, go around 8pm and ask for a window seat. Then you can see the fireworks.
Each dish was prepared in a sloppy way. The wait for the food was 1 hour. We had to continue to ask for our waiter who kept disappearing. Th e taste of the steaks and other dishes was like eating grisly bear. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Even when I spoke with the mgr , he was rude and abrupt. So sum it up. We waited 20 minutes for a waiter to show up at our table, followed by a 1 hour wait for food, and then 30 more minutes for a checkout ticket. two hours wasted for a poorly prepared and tasteless expensive dinner. Just plain terrible. Apparently this restaurant is no longer under Disney Control, so no annual pass or DVC discounts accepted.
The food was excellent. The Ratatouille was great and the Boeuf Bourguignon reminded me of a one of my grandma's dish. The baguette was great too. I am coming back!
4 of us stopped for an early dinner. We had heard how good this place was. Well...our server seemed very bored with his job and certainly did nothing to make us feel welcome. 2 of our meals were okay. 2 were absolutely lousy. We didn't even finish them and the server didn't bother to ask why. We take visitors to Epcot and usually eat there after the day of touring. This place was absolutely the worst meals we've had at Epcot. Shocking for a Disney facility!
